Description of Work: Called and was told problem would be addressed by end of business day. They did not follow through. Following day assured that technician would be on site between 8 and 9 am. As of 1pm no technician. Phone calls sent to voice mail. Evidently on lunch break.

Description of Work: Cleared kitchen sink drain line. This has been a recurring problem. Offered suggestion to prevent recurrence, which I implemented will see if it helps. Used a plumber in the past who charged about 30% more and left a mess when done. Area was clean when they left.

+ 0 moreWhen I moved into my smaller home, I thought the bathroom sink was running slow. when I finally called Roto Rooter it was hardly moving. The young man who came out out had the drain cleared in no time. It had been plugged quite far down. Then he did something no service man has ever done; he asked me for a rag and cleaned up after himself! I still have trouble believing that. I'll call them every time I need a plumber.
Description of Work: Cleared bathroom sink of hair and soap scum. The drain was plugged all the way to the street.
