Property Appraisal
Very professional. Asked questions and spent a lot of time here. The appraisal was very detailed and accurate. Would highly recommend them.

Property Appraisal
The employees who came out to the property were only available during business hours and would not come out after 5pm; Some people work business hours and cannot leave their job early to have their home appraised. They were available to do the appriasal the next business day, but their hours were not flexible.
The appraisal itself went smoothly. Two individuals came out and took photos, measurments, and asked about any updates i've done to the home.
My only other complaint was that they said they were 'backed up' in processing the paperwork and it took over 2 weeks for them to return the completed appraisal.
