They got us estimates quickly & were able to fully replace our furnace that same week. They lent us space heaters in the meantime. Zero hassle with billing or scheduling. They were expeditious, friendly, & professional. Quality of craftsmanship & service is so rare. A real treasure. Thank you :)

+ -1 moreThey managed to get here the same day even though it was the first hot day of the summer and had dozens of other calls. Service guy got it running and returned the same day with a part that was likely to fail again. It's a very old whole house unit. It's been working now for the last 3 years. Admittedly we don't use the a/c often.

The gentleman who did the installation was very professional, friendly, and efficient. All services were done as agreed upon and right on with the estimate numbers.

+ -1 moreThe installation went well. Excellent installer. Took less than half a day. The house was checked over for any leaks in the air movement system and pipes and joints were sealed. All of the duct work was sealed the the mechanical room. The area was cleaned up after the job was completed. Point Heating and Cooling folks are very easy to work with and do what they say they are going to do !
Description of Work: Point Heation was called to perform a check-up. Was noted that our 10 year old furnace had several items that needed repair or replacement. Estimate for repair with labor would be about $ 700.00. We decided to upgrade, look at a new furnace with a two stage fan, much quieter and efficient. We chose a top of the line Lennox Model SPL98. It is everything that we expected. Richard Mead, the Sales Rep provided us with some much needed "Air Movement" information. The lower level of our Ranch House was always a little cool during the winter and Rich determined that we needed additional "cool air return". He suggested a location and the installer arrived with all of the necessary metal and fixtures to complete the additional set up.We now have much better air movement that works well with our Superventer Air Movement System. A new Thermostat was installed that was also intended to control the Superventer Air Movement System but the compatability (interlock) has not worked out as of yet.

+ -1 moreThe people were prompt, professional, skilled and friendly. I spoke with the manager and was impressed as well as with the service men. I cannot grade with any accuracy if their prices were fair as I have only owned a home since 2006 and this was the first time I needed to pay for this sort of work. I assumed that the cost was fair.
