I would highly recommend Oakwood Exteriors LLC for any roofing project. Ater an initial estimate, a professionally written quote was mailed to me, listing all services to be performed and materials to be used.The job was started within 2 weeks and completed on time. Their work was top quality and I would definately use their services in the future.

We found Oakwood Exteriors via the internet after hearing a radio commercial. We filled out an online estimate request at night and the very next morning, Jordan called us. When he came to do the estimate, he put up a ladder and went up on the roof, something another company we had out did not do. He brought out samples & gave us brochures & an estimate. He was always respectful and professional. Every time he said he would call or come out, he did in a timely manner. When we called to tell him we wanted Oakwood Exteriors to do our roof, Jordan came the next day to fill out paperwork and gave us an approximate date for our installation. He called two days before our install and told us he would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 that morning. The crew actually arrived at 7:20 and got right to work. They all worked so well together, like a well oiled machine. They were able to remove the old roof, lay the underlayment and the shingles and cleanup - in ONE day. We live on a hill and it was a windy day and paper & debris were blowing around, but when they left, there was no sign of any debris or paper at all. They used a dumpster trailer rather than a dumpster and saved our driveway from any damage. They placed tarps all around our house just in case, but all old shingles were placed in wheelbarrows and dumped directly into the dumpster trailer. After they were done cleaning up, they went around with a magnet to pick up any roofing nails that were missed. My wife was home with our 3 young grandchildren and they watched from a distance. All of the men were professional and respectful. Jordan came the next day to do a walk around & make sure everything was satisfactory. We were absolutely impressed with Oakwood Exteriors professionalism - not just the actual work, but the manner in which they acted. We have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. A+ postscript - We asked Jordan to do 2 additional side projects while they were working on our roof and he did so enthusiastically and we are very happy with the results. He just did a change order to the original estimate and replaced our chimney cover. Then he also replaced a vent screen for us.

The experience was great from the estimate to the completion of the job. Friendly, helpful. Arrived on time and got the job done in one day on a two story house. After clean up was done, you never knew they were here except for the new roof.

Our roof which was only 13 years old was in desperate need of repair. After getting estimates from 5 companies I chose Oakwood Exteriors because of the professionalism and knowledge of Jordan. He took great lengths to expain to me all the differences in shingles, warranties, and what they would do if they got the job. It only took a week from the time we hired them to complete the job, and it was done in one day. The crew arrived around 7:30 and in no time the old shingles were off. The crew did a great job. They protected all my plants, siding and grass with tarps and plywood. When they were finished they completely cleaned the yard of all nails, paper and old shinge materials. Not only did they sweep my patio they even cleaned off the bricks. They inspected around the house 3 times before they left and asked if everything was okay. The job on the roof was better than we could of expected. The color that Jordan helped us pick out couldn't of been better. It's like seeing a new house. Adding new ridge vents was one of the best things they suggested. They even painted our vents black so they just seem to blend in with the roof which was something that we never expected. The roof they put on the shed matches the house and that was a bonus to us. If anyone if looking for a roofing contractor I would highly rcommend this company to hire. They were all very punctual, professional, patient with my all my questions and friendly. I may be looking to reside my house down the road and I saw a house they did around the corner from us and it is a great looking job. Keep up the great work you all do. Thanks again.
