The crew arrived at 6:45 a.m. and had the entire existing roof on the house removed by 9:00 AM. Jordan, the contractor, took pictures of the damaged roof decking to show us before replacing them. They finished the entire project by 6:30 PM. Clean up was immaculate. Very professional group.

We met with Jordan in June 2015 about a quote for a new deck. We were reluctant at first since our initial phone contact concluded with the fact that their closest availability was in August 2015. After 7 quotes, we decided to go with Oakwood despite the time frame due to the professionalism as well as presentation of the documentation provided. The quoted paperwork was very professional and wrapped in well-printed media with supporting documents and even a visual blueprint of what our deck was going to look like. With this much attention to detail, we only assumed the work would be the same. Our deck was pretty much at the end of its life and pretty much on "life support". For the quote, Jordan showed up on time and was professional about what his company could offer and very straight-forward about his costs and services. I appreciated him being up front as we were not looking for the cheapest quote but we were also not looking to spend a fortune either. At the end of the day, you will ultimately get what you pay for. His crew showed up promptly on time and worked diligently. They were properly supervised and respectful of our property. The original quote was for 2 days to completion but we ran into a little snag with supporting the deck to my house. They quickly informed us of the situation and proposed a solution. We agreed and it was taken care of. No additional charges were incurred despite this unexpected surprise. This, in my opinion, was probably why an extra 0.5 day was needed to get our deck done. After the deck was done, we did an inspection and found some bad spindles. I spoke with Jordan and he was very accommodating stating to simply mark the bad ones and they would show up in a few days to replace them with good ones, and they certainly made true to his word. We are very satisfied with our new deck and am looking forward to enjoying the many good times to come with it.

After having a hard time getting other roofing contractors to call us back, Jordan was refreshingly professional and responsive. When preparing his quote, he included not only the services we requested but also recommended improvements. He took the time to explain everything completely and to be sure all of our questions were answered. The crew was great, if we had any questions they all were able to provide professional responses. There was someone overseeing the work throughout the entire process. The work time was originally estimated at two days, but because of an unanticipated fourth layer to remove it ended up being just over three days. The extra day of labor was not billed. The work extended over a weekend with storms forecast, and Jordan was out to tie down any tarps that blew around and made sure the house was protected. They did an excellent job cleaning up when finished, to the extent that they were going around the house with magic erasers to clean the gutters. Aside from a few items someone forgot under a tree, we only found one nail and one screw in the grass. A few days after the job was completed, a row of shingles came loose by the siding on one of the valleys. Someone was out right away to secure them. Overall, Oakwood did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. We will not hesitate to call them for any other exterior work we need done.

I had a great experience with Oakwood Exteriors in my new roof replacement. Of the estimates that I obtained, Oakwood Exteriors provided me with the lowest; but certainly didn't cut any corners. They were professional and thorough. The roof looks great; I couldn't be happier with the appearance of the roof and it was completed in one day. They protected my home, lawn, and outdoor furniture and put everything back into place. Overall, they took the stress out of a major home upgrade and I know that it was money well spent. Jordan came to our home to inspect our old roof and see what would be involved in installing a new one. When he arrived he had all the samples for us to look, explained the products, and was well prepared to give us a quote on that same day. On the day the work was done, the workers came promptly, were pleasant to work with, and were happy to answer any question that came up. They were highly skilled and their efforts gave me a roof that I'm truly proud of. They also were meticulous in their clean up efforts and were careful to leave our yard and property in the same condition they found it in. If I were ever to be in need of this type of service again, I certainly would use Oakwood Exteriors.

The entire job was done in a day and a half by large , competent young crew.

This large project was started as scheduled and completed in just 3 days. All shrubs, plants and lawn were protected from damage. The entire jobsite was cleaned each day. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The workers were very professional and courteous. Oakwood Exteriors is by far the best Contractor I have had the pleasure of working with. Jordan was very helpful with everything from the quote to helping with our Certainteed claim. Day of install i left for work with my original roof on and came home to the crew doing a spotless cleanup. They took out my old unused chimney, put in all new ridge vents, installed new gutter covers and cleaned up. This was super easy and painless.

Our first meeting with Jordan from Oakwood Exteriors went great. Jordan was very professional. He gave us an estimate that was very true to what we ended up paying. The only cost that was additional was replacing 4 bad (4x8) sheets of wood decking, which he told us would be a possibility. They wouldn't know if there was any water damage to the existing decking until they removed the existing shingles. Our old shingles were CertainTeed and were part of the class action suit. Jordan helped us fill out the paperwork necessary for the claim as well as took pictures of the roof and collected shingle samples to be sent in for the claim. Oakwood also took care of obtaining all the necessary permits. Oakwood Exteriors also processes our new manufacture warranty for us. The crew from Oakwood Exteriors was very prompt and showed up at 7 a.m. just as Jordan told us they would. Our roof was 3400 square feet. The crew worked 12 hours the first day and around 9 hours the second day. We had new gutter covers installed, which probably added extra time to what the job would have been as most of our roof has gutters. Oakwood gave us the choice of a $200 gas card or Gutter RX gutter covers for choosing them to roof our house. Oakwood also installed new flashings over the plumbing vents, chimney flashing and our power pole flashing. The property, roof, and gutters were cleaned, including raking the lawn and magnet sweeping for nails. The driveway was even swept. The property looked better than it did before they re-roofed. Jordan also came to inspect the work the day after, to make sure everything was done to Oakwood Exteriors expectations. We chose Oakwood Exteriors "Best" shingle package which was GAF Timberline HD Lifetime Shingles, GAF Tiger Paw Underlayment and Granulated Ice and Water Barrier (6' up eave). We couldn't be more pleased with the job done by Oakwood Exteriors and the professionalism of Jordan. We would definitely recommend Oakwood Exteriors. Excellent work!

They did a great job. The crew were very respectful and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up everything when they were done. My yard was cleaner than when they came.

They repaired half of our roof. They did it in a day. They were very professional and they brought the right tools. They came the time when they say that they were going to come. They were very quick and efficient.
