They did a very good job. They were punctual and made sure the job was done the way we wanted it. THis is year four and some of the stones are crumbling. They are supposed to come to look at it. Don't know that outcome yet.

We had problems with the sprinkler system from the beginning. The programming of the system did not work. The sprinklers would run for all the areas and then re-start again. It would start again at random times not indicated in the programming. L K was contacted and came out twice to check the programming. After the second time they would no longer respond to our calls. When the system was installed we requested that mom's system be on their list to blow out the lines at the end of the season. They did come in 2010 to do so but did not in 2011. When it was getting close to the winter season my mother contacted L K to see when they were going to come to blow out the lines. They said that had tried to contact her to set a time for them to come out to do so. But my mother did not receive that phone call. She has a phone message system. There was never a message on her system regarding the blowing out of the lines. They told my mother they rent the equipment used to blow out the lines and had already finished for the season so she would need to contact someone else to do so. We contacted Shulfer's, who came and blew out her lines immediately.Since the sprinkler system was installed we had problems with one particular sprinkler head filling up with sand and not working. We spoke to L K Enterprises about this and they told us this was normal. It may take up to 5 times of cleaning that sprinkler head before it would stop doing that. That sprinkler head continued to be a problem. We cleaned it numerous time and replaced it several times. In 2012, we continue to have problems with the sprinkler head clogging up with sand and not working. Then there was a leak at the section of the sprinkler system hooked up to the house. We fixed the leak. .We contacted L K Enterprises, who indicated they would not come out to check the system without charging. We contacted Shulfer's instead. They came out the same week we contacted them. The person checked the sprinkler system, found a soggy spot and dug in that section. He found a piece of the pipe that had a hole in the bottom. That is where the sand is coming in and clogging up the system. I went to L K Enterprises and showed the person in the office the section of the pipe with the hole in it. She said she would inform the owner. No response yet.I went in to L K Enterprises and showed the section of the pipe with the hole in it to the person in the office.
