Didn't end up working with them.
Description of Work: Had a mold remediation quote from them. Very professional and good to work with but at the last minute they realized that they forgot my main floor square footage and the price went up 50%. I contacted another local mold remediation company and ended up getting a cheaper quote than Duraclean's first quote. I couldn't believe that they couldn't tell from experience that my original quote was too cheap.

+ -1 moreScheduling went very smoothly. I dropped off an area rug to be cleaned two days before they were scheduled to clean the livingroom carpet. Not only did they show up on time to clean the carpet, but had the rug done and dropped it off too, saving me a trip!
Description of Work: I needed the carpet cleaned in a duplex I rented and also have an area rug cleaned.

+ -1 moreMike showed up, with his water and soap remaining in the truck, dragged in a couple of hoses, and began cleaning. It took him a whole 28 minutes to clean all 3 carpets - that's from the time he started the machine until he shut it off. Prior to starting the machine he sprayed an odor destroyer where it was needed, and a super cleaner over all. He brought in the hoses, and went to work. He was very willing to explain and answer any questions we had. He seemed to really know his stuff! When the job was done he took the hoses outside again, and left NO mess behind. (He said all the dirty water had been sucked out into the truck). He brought in the bill, and it was exactly the amount I had been quoted over the phone. I had gotten one other estimate, from another carpet cleaning company and it was more than DOUBLE what Duraclean charged. If you live in central Wisconsin, and need a carpet cleaned, for heaven's sake call the folks at Duraclean!!! You'll also find when you call that the lady who answers the phone is knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.
Description of Work: I had a dining room, entryway, and hallway in need of cleaning. In the dining room we have an industrial grade indoor/outdoor carpet that was tracked with grease, mud, and heaven knows what all else. The entryway and hallway, a high/low pattern, were not only dirty, we had a cat with a bladder problem, and were dealing with cat urine stains and odor. Mike from Duraclean showed up on time, and did a beautiful job on all 3 areas.
