This review is for the Carpets Plus location in Plover, WI. The salesperson, Mark, was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. He returned my calls promptly and explained every step of the process. The installer was fantastic. He arrived on time and took the time to prep the old floor, which was in horrible shape. He was patient while I decided on the pattern of the tiles. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a perfectionist during the installation, which I greatly appreciated. He was considerate about not inconveniencing us in any way left everything cleaner than when he started. I would highly recommend Carpets Plus, and would request Wayne as the installer. Great job!

Went well, shares a lot of information in order to save costs and get the best product. Great to work with and helpful even after the job is complete.
