The crew was to arrive between 8:30/9a, today. However, around 9:15a, Lisa (owner's wife) called stating Pete (owner) needed to pick up materials and would arrive by 10a. They did not, so at 10:45, I called her back. She apologized again, and stated Pete would be there in 15 mins. I asked her/Pete to call if there would be any more delays, etc; they did not. After 11:30a, Pete arrived. His overall demeanor was very rude. He asked my name as he walked up the driveway, and then asked where the job was supposed to be done. He kept looking at the paperwork and our house, but gave me absolutely no regard whatsoever... no eye contact, introduction/handshake, or apologies for running 3 hrs late. I even had to ask him his name (someone else handled the estimate). As we walked to the house, I mentioned that we had been expecting him since 10am. (8:30 was the original set time). Pete looked at his paperwork and said, and quot;You know what, we're just not going to do this job. We'll send your check back to youand quot;, and he started walking back to his truck. I did mention that we got his name off Angies List, but he did not seem to care (I believe he said and quot;whateverand quot;). I then called the wife to request the refund. The apology was weak, stating she'll send the check back and she didn't know what his problem was today... something about him having some issues.

1911 2 story home,brick and stucco with no insulation in the exterior wallsWorked 2 days,4 man crew.Show up on time and work late.Everything went pretty good.Insulation was retrofoam,drilled from the extior with 5/8 holes some inside drilling was nesscary to have all extior walls doneran into a few problems when the new man drilled thru the walls into 2 rooms,repairs where made quickly.after this the Crew knew what they were doing.Drill hole on outside/inside where patched standard cement or drywall compound Interior, you will have to touch paint, they will not do. also,check rooms as they put the insulation in,you will be surprise were the foam will come out I put the grade at B ,becuase of the drilling thru the wall.They didn't drill thru after this f.
