Description of Work: PARMENTIER BUILDERS at (262) 694-1536 The listing name above is incorrect, even though it "Auto Corrected" the name for me. Dave Parmentier and one of his sons showed up right at 0830 on Saturday the 30th, just as He had stated he would. The time they took to remove the old rotten door and install the new door was five and one half hours. This includes setting up the tools needed all the way to cleaning up the area involved. They even removed the old door. What was real nice was the fact that the time between the old door and side lights removal and the new door setting in place was less than three minutes, so not a lot of heat went out the whole in the wall. Dave and or his son keep me informed as to what was going on, and answered all my questions. Let me back up on this process, and let me explain some things. First off I had a list of seven builders / handymen to bid on this project. Of the seven, only two came out to my house to see what needed to be done. The rest either never returned my call or just gave me a quote over the phone. As I stated before, Dave was the only one to take out his tape and use it, he is the one who informed me that I ordered the wrong size side lights for the house. He also informed of how he would have to install the door and side lights that was now four inches smaller than the opening on the house. Dave saved me money by having me buy the additional materials, instead of him buying them and charging me more for that service. NOTE: I live ten minutes away from two home improvement stores. Back to the project, at the end of the project, Dave showed me every thing that was done. He gave me a few pointers on preparing the door for painting. Dave ask if I had any questions or concerns, and ask if I was happy with the work performed.

Description of Work: Dave Paementier came to my home and measured my door opening, wall thickness, etc. He also advised me as to what I needed besides the pre-hung door that I already had in the garage. Dave was very knowledgeable, informative, and very polite. He gave me an approximate date of installation based on my schedule not his. It is scheduled for this coming Saturday the 30th of March.
