Description of Work: Bed bug extermination as well as mice and spiders! Brian started he will come out anytime durning my 1 year contract for any past mice, spiders, bees you name it he will come out and take care of it! Also will spray any new furniture I bring in to the home!

+ -1 moreDespite being based near Kenosha he was very responsive to my East Side Milwaukee home. He baited the traps and I would call when there was a squirrel, he would absolutely be there the next day but often within a couple hours of a call. It's now the next year, we've repaired the soffit and have had no issues with squirrels coming back. Previously, just ensuring the squirrels were out and closing their entrances didn't work as they would chew through wood and hardware cloth to return, no more!
Description of Work: I had a problem with squirrels getting in my soffits. Brian live trapped them and released them miles away. I had contracted with Brian to trap as many squirrels as caught for a 3 month span.

+ -1 moreSo far so good , I went out today (sat) and I don't see any hornets flying around . Brian gave me good tips for cooling the bedroom and vacuum up remaining hornets inside. All in all the price was good considering he gave me a written 90 day guarantee and will come back for no charge. So far I have no complaints.
Description of Work: Brian came out late in the evening on a friday only about a hour after calling him even though he had guests coming for dinner. I called because my sons bdrm was full of hornets getting in from a nest under a soffit. He sprayed the outside of the house and dusted the nest with powder.

He was professional, informative, friendly, took time to answer all of our questions, told us what to expect and explained what he was doing and why, and taught us how to help prevent mice in our house in the future. He gives comprehensive pest control service (not just mice).

+ -1 moreOne person came out and was here for an hour for the first visit and there was a 30 minute follow up visit. The mouse is gone. He was timely and seemed knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to a friend or family member.

+ -1 moreBrian was very professional and had very quick turnaround. I called on a Sunday and he answered the phone, and was in Monday spraying. I expected to have to leave a message and get a call back. I called several other companies and either they were slow to return the phone call or not competitively priced. He explains very clearly the warranty of 3 months and stresses that I should call if the ants are in the house again and in some rare occasions he may need to respray free of charge. We tried the hardware store options and nothing was working so we turned to him and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Brian is so nice, professional and courteous. Brian takes calls personally evenings and weekends and is very flexible and easy to work with for scheduling.
