Farago's Drilled Wes Plumbing and Septic Work

Well they didn't start when they originally said they would. It took about 3 months for them to finally start after they said they would. Something always came up. I finally asked if I needed to find someone else, then they finally came to do the job. I had already paid 1200.00 for the permits and plans so I waited. They showed up to work and it took 3 days. Each day we had to go to work before they were done for the day. The last day, I called the office to see if I should pay at the office or send the check with the guys. The office clerk said, you can send it with the guys. I asked how much do I owe, she said well, the total was 7500.00 and you paid 1200.00 so you owe 6300.00. I wrote a check and sent it with the guys and went to work. When I got home, I realized that they had hit my car parked in the driveway, ripped through the drivers quarter panel and dragged my 6 feet. They left no note. They were the only ones on my property. I called and stopped payment on the check and called Faragos Plumbing to ask them what they did to my car, Joe, the boss, said my guys said they didn't do anything and he continues to deny it. He did send it to his insurance and they investigated it to find the guys at Farago Plumbing at fault . They paid for the damages so I went back to Farago Plumbing to issue a new check to settle the bill. Farago Plumbing is now trying to get me to pay an extra 165.00 for additional charges that were not on the original bill. A bit dishonest if you ask me. Never again will I use them and I will encourage others not to.

The crew arrived, drilled the well and hooked water up to the house temporarily in two days. It was fully functional at this point. They returned several weeks later to trench under the house and connect to the existing plumbing in the house.

He dug it up and had to redo some outside casing on the well. The water line wasnt deep enough. He has not been back since and I have not had any trouble since. If I ever any other problems they would be the first one to call. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves.
