+ -1 moreThey were very open and let me do all the design at no extra charge, the let us come all we wanted to watch the construction. There were a few issues with the house when it was delivered but they fixed everything (even when it wasn't there fault).
Description of Work: They are a modular home builder (not mobile). They meet all building codes for in place construction but most of it is done in their shop.
