Jeremiah provided many options and worked within our budget to get us what we wanted. He was on time, very personable and did a wonderful job on the installation and explaining how things worked for us. I myself am a bit illiterate when it comes to things like this, but he made sure I was 100% comfortable with the system and how to work it. He let us know he is always there if we have questions and is very prompt in responding to our calls. His fees are definitely the best we found after looking at several options and his customer service is SUPERIOR. I am so happy we choose to work with him. He is a smaller, local business and it shows in the way he cares for his clients. We are actually looking at a few other things like surround sound and outdoor speakers for our entertainment area and he is definitely who we will be working with for both of those projects as well.
