+ -1 moreThey came in late June to give us an estimate on installation of a new furnace. Received verbal quote within 24 hours and written quote (including pamphlets on product options as requested) mailed out immediately. Made the decision to have them install and sent payment of 50% back to them with signed contract. Kept in touch through Jenny and she gave us a call to set up installation date of 8/5/13. Installers arrived around 9:30 am and were finished by 12:30 pm. Very polite and friendly guys - very professional. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away as promised. They gave us a short tutorial on both the furnace and new thermostat. We would definitely recommend this company for HVAC needs in the Northwoods. Sometimes it is difficult to get contractors to follow up after receiving quotes but not so with Hansen's. That is very important to us and quot;part-timersand quot; who cannot be here full-time.

+ -1 moreThe owner,(Don) was prompt on giving an estimate and performing the work. The crew was great and very attentive to detail. The work involved a complete new ductwork system, cutting holes in floor and joists. It was a two day job and has been performing excellent since having it done in late 2006
Description of Work: Installed a complete heating and cooling system, including ductwork, furnace, A/C unit, intake and outlet grilles, connected to existing propane system, and installed plumbing for furnace.
