To summarize my list of 9 different complaints I have with this company/plumber is lack of responsibility, very poor product, inability to measure correctly, and results of these things was an extremely unsafe environment to me & my family. He has provided service to my home several times and each time there are more complaints I add to my list of dissatisfaction. If you would like to have safe plumbing, job well done & be able to sleep at night knowing you are safe, my best advice is to hire someone else! Without doubt, I will never be calling this company again.

+ -1 moreI asked one of the owners, Mark Olson, to come to my house and look at what we wanted done, and let me know if they could do it, wanted to do it, and how much it would cost. The price he quoted was a few hundred more than I had figured on, but the difference was mainly in the whirlpool tub, which he explained to me why I would want the one he recommended over the one I had planned on. He convinced me, so we went ahead. He had to order the whirlpool and I ordered the shower door and kitchen suite. I the meantime they were going to install the water-softener system. They ended up switching out our kitchen suite as it had arrived very quickly at the same time they were installing the water-softener and re-routing the kitchen plumbing. Both were done wonderfully. The shower door came in damaged so it had to be re-ordered, but the whirlpool came in and they set up a time to come and install it and switch out the water heater. They got the whirlpool installed to a point they needed the electrical done and then some drywalling. Arranging this took alittle longer than we would have liked, but it was done beautifully. When they came back to finish the whirlpool they also installed the shower door as it had finally come in, and switched out a toilet. Everything looks great and functions beautifully. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Installed a water softener system, re-routed kitchen plumbing to work with system, switched out kitchen appliances to include refrigerator with water dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, and over range microwave, changed out a shower door, and replaced a bath-tub with a whirlpool tub, and a water heater. They did and excellent job on everything. The people that they hired to do the electrical and drywall work also did an excellent job. There was a small hitch in the communication with the sub-contractors, but other than that everything was done in a very professional, and expedient manner, while at the same time they were very cordial and just a pleasure doing business with.
