 + -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT CLEANING UP MY COMPUTER. THEY FOUND VIRUSES THAT ANOTHER PROVIDER DIDN'T FIND. OUR COMPUTER IS RUNNING BETTER THAN IT HAS IN YEARS, AND I'M VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEIR HELP.

 + -1 moreALL THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND IT. VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ABOUT MY COMPUTER PROBLEMS. GAVE ME A REALLY GOOD DEAL. IF I WOULD HAVE HAD THIS DONE SOME WHERE ELSE IT WOULD HAVE COST OVER $300. I WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK TO THEM AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
Description of Work: UPDATED MY LAPTOP. PUT IN NEW VIRUS PROTECTION, REPLACED BATTERY. I HAD A PROBLEM SAVING TO A CD AND THEY SET THAT UP SO I COULD. DID AN OVER ALL CHECK UP.

 + -1 moreCHRIS IS A VERY PERSONABLE PERSON AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE HAS DONE WORK ON MY HOME COMPUTER AS WELL AS MY SONS. IT IS ALWAYS COMFORTING TO KNOW THAT YOU CAN PLACE YOUR TRUST IN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO ASKED.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A LAP TOP COMPUTER FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR COLLEGE. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I WAS WELL INFORMED ON WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND GIVEN A DATE THAT THEY WOULD FINISH. MY GRANDDAUGHTER USES IT EVERY DAY AND IS VERY GRATEFUL.
