. In the beginning, they were prompt at getting back to us. Came out to measure the railing we wanted to replace and brought color samples. Sent us an estimate promptly. We met at the showroom to discuss some other options and they were very helpful. We are still working on matching the color of the railing to the house colors. They gave us numerous products to bring home to see which works best. Received an email on 5/3/13 confirming cost and work to be done. Talked to Brian a fews days later to confirm as well and he was sending us the contract. Asked him to give us a few days advanced notice before they started the work so we could install the wire in the post. A few weeks passed and we hadn't received the contract. Called his office and spoke to Gary who mentioned that they were behind due to the weather. Didn't receive a call back, so called Brian's cell phone and left a message asking him if he was going to do the job. No return call. It was now the first week of June and we pretty much gave up and were starting to consider other options. On June 10th Brian shows up to do the install. He completed the job, but it wasn't done to the specifications we discussed. He's a personable guy and knows his products, but very unorganized.
Description of Work: We found Wilman Development corp at the home and garden show. They were to remove our old railing on the front porch and install a composite railing and wrap the existing posts.

During the estimate we were told that the panels would be centered between the posts. The panels are not centered. Also, the fence posts were to have been tight against the house, and this was not done on one side. Upon completion the worker suggested we add lattice to fill the hole between the post and the house. Obviously we were not happy with that suggestion as the fence had just cost us $7500. The workers were unsupervised and at the end of the day left clothing, tools and trash in our yard. The job was to have taken a little more than a day, and ended up taking three days to complete. After several conversations with the owner and the foreman coming to our job, the fence is done. The sections are still not even between the posts, but the major issues were corrected. The estimate also did not include removal of the soil displaced to set the posts. We paid an additional $200 for that to be done.
Description of Work: We had a vinyl fence installed around our entire back yard.
