Their punctuality was perfect. The pricing was fair. They worked mainly on there own when I was not there. I was fine with the phone contact I had with them. They're great people. Their work was very effective. I would highly recommend them. They did good work at a fair price.

Overall, a very good experience. Both installers were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The clean-up after the work was the best!

Kevin came out and did the clean and check earlier in the summer. He was very thorough, but did not have a new thermostat on his truck. I purchased one, and he came back and installed it. I was just charged for his 30 minutes of labor, which I appreciated, on the second trip. He did a good job making sure everything was running and the new thermostat was operating properly. My appointment was for 7 a.m. and he was parked out front by a few minutes before 7.

They were very very expensive. Even though I fixed it myself, they still charged me $125.

I had them send an HVAC person to troubleshoot a failed dehumidifier for an indoor pool. The house was a recent purchase, so the system is pretty unfamiliar to me. The issue turned out to be more electrical than HVAC-related. He quickly resolved the minor electrical problem and checked out the rest of the dehumidifier system. He politely and thoroughly answered all of my questions and advised me on the maintenance of the system. He also found a bigger electrical issue with the main circuit box. Because the company also has an electrical division, he offered their services (with no pressure). They were able to get an electrician out within an hour to take care of that problem.

They were great. The guys were polite, knowledgable and down right nice to work with. We had a few guys here to get the job done. Each one introduced themself upon arrival, then proceeded to tell me what they were going to do. Then asked if I had any questions....prior to the work getting done. Once the work began, each guy updated me on the progress. Upon completion, they summarized the job performed and any pitfalls that may occur. This was great so I knew what to look for in the event of an issue.

Robert from Total Mechanical (TM) came to the house to bid the work....very knowledgeable and professional. TM was not the lowest bidder but offered a competitive price and promptly answered my post bid follow-up questions. John, the electrician that did the actual work, was very good. He was prompt, worked very hard and was easy to talk to/communicate with. The building inspector was very pleased with the work at the roughed out inspection point. The work is now finished and we are very pleased with the work quality and the overall experience.

I received a call-back for my estimate request in the same day. A ball-park estimate was given over the phone and the work was scheduled that day as well. At the rate given, I did not ask them to come out for a true estimate. John came out on the day scheduled and completed the work in the hour estimated. When he was finished, the only way you could tell he was there was the shiny conduit housing the new wiring. I have used Total Mechanical before and will continue to use them for my electrical needs. They are always prompt, reasonably priced and highly professional.

Definitely on my 'will-use-again' list!

They have had the same electrician come out time and time. I have been very pleased with them, their office staff is personable, they know me when I call and they are very honest and flexible. And when I really need them they are out right away! The technician knows what he is doing.

I don't think that I should have been charge $95 per hour for them to make a run for supplies when I specifically told them exactly what I wanted before he came. He acted like he wasn't in the know about what work needed to be done. There was disconnect between with the person I spoke with over the phone and the electrician.

When I called Total Comfort as a new customer, the salesman, Bob Dvoran, was not in the office so they gave me his cell phone number to be sure I could contact him quickly. Bob was very nice and came out at the first available time that would fit in my schedule even though it was after work hours. He presented me with a customized computer generated proposal that was thorough enough to include potential extras we had discussed in the course of the visit. Even though it was mid-June and 90 outside, they were able to get my A/C installed 3 working days from the day I accepted the bid. When they came, they did the job in one day and were very courteous and friendly to work with. They completed the work in less time than they had quoted and were done and cleaned up by the time the inspector came to inspect another job, which allowed me to have one inspection rather than taking time off for 2 separate visits from the city. They were honest throughout and didn't upsell extras.

Same day service, company sent same service person who performed work for us before, so he was familiar with home and pool. Came initially for estimate, yet was able to complete all of work within 1 hour that same day.

Rick gave us a written estimate and was very detailed about how his company would do the work. He was easy to schedule for the estimate, and was right in the middle of the three quotes we got. However, he was by far the most communicative and specific when it came to detailing what we would be getting. We were able to get on their schedule within a week of deciding which company to go with. Brian came to our house right on time, and was very neat and very detail oriented. He measured for correct placement and had us OK it before any cutting was done. He tested everything before leaving, and even vacuumed up the slight amount of dusting. Very, very impressive.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. When I called the office w/less than a week's advance notice, the office staff was diligent in finding a time when the electrician could come to my house before I left on vacation. This was important, because my condo is on the real estate market and I needed the fixture replaced before the unit could be shown. The electrician (one of the company owners) arrived on time, was quick and neat in completing his work (I had purchased the fixture and had it unpacked, ready to be installed). He assisted me in inserting light bulbs to be sure everything was working. He reduced the actual charge about 25% from the estimate. I requested a "waiver of lien" statement, which was readily furnished by the office. I gave them my credit card no. when making the appointment and the electrician brought the statement with him to the appointment. The company followed up by mailing me a copy of the invoice and the credit card receipt.

They were prompt and had a great price. They dealt with a problem we were having with the pole and an issue in the basement. They were very honest and did a great job with our unusual situation. They handled the problem solving wonderfully.

Rick showed up on time to go over everything for my estimate. He emailed it to me so I had it the next day. The work Beeg did was great. He showed up on time and we walked through everything that needed to be done. I stopped home at lunch and Beeg was close to done. He asked that I leave the vacuum out for him to clean up and he did. It turned out that I work with people that knew Rick and this gave me an extra level of comfort that the job would be done well and it was.

The company representative came out and provided estimate. Work was scheduled promptly and was performed on a timely and professional basis in one day. Technician was knowledgeable and nice to work with.

Of course I am not using the unit right now but when I was, it was working just fine. I highly recommend this company and I feel that they did an excellent job. All the employees that I have ever met or spoke with were all very nice to me. They showed up on time and did exactly what they were sent out to do.

We have recommended them to probably at least twenty different people. They do an excellent job, and we were very pleased with their work. They were experienced, prompt, punctual, and very courteous and polite. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their prices are fair and reasonable, but I am not going to disclose what I paid.

The pricing was fair. The workers were friendly, quality-oriented and efficient. They were here as scheduled. I was happy with the installation. The unit is working very well. I would recommend their services to my friends.

I am assuming that Total Comfort has one of the best prices around. I thought they were very fair in pricing. They did a wonderful job and the people were just great They finished up that same day which I like because people tend to slack when it come to jobs like this. They showed up on time and they did a wonderful job. No mess was left behind and I am just pleased.

From start to finish, Lombard worked with me to accomplish everything needed. They kept me updated on every task and worked around some back-ordered lights so that several trips were needed to get everything done. Beej, who did all the work, is able to think out problems and come up with solutions that other electricians may have walked away from. Rick was always helpful, and I'm sure I bothered him several times with questions that seemed silly, and I know he came out to the house to work out the various problems with Beej. This wasn't my first time using Lombard, and I have never had a negative experience, I will use them again if needed, and I have recommended them highly to all my friends.
