Description of Work: Lance and Jill are wonderful to work with, they took care of every detail. We love our new kitchen, family room and dining room. They went above and beyond to make the remodel go smoothly. Lance, Jill and their crew are very professional and they all did an outstanding job. We will call them for all our remodeling needs.

+ 7 moreWe haven?t had a problem since The Ohlsson Co did all that work. Mr. Ohlsson came out with an employee who worked with him on this project. He called in specialized people for the work that he didn?t handle himself. Some of the work had to be contracted. I paid for all of the work, however, some of it was later written off as taxes since it was flood damage. I think the price was good. I have very little knowledge of what the right price should have been because it was such a variety of things. However, I felt like he gave me a good deal. The quality of their work was good. He was very responsive. He was punctual. He lived close by so he would come out as soon as I would call him. He was very professional.
Description of Work: The Ohlsson Co. did a lot of remodeling work for us almost two years ago after we had flood damage here. They did some work on the roof and the basement. They put in a sump pump in the basement. The water had come up to the house and there were leaks in the basement. I wasn’t allowed to replace the wall on the shoreline. So, they ripped it off and put in a rip-rap. All the water had settled around the house and thousands of gallons of water had kept pouring into the basement. So, that had to be built up with new concrete. While they were at it, they also got rid of some garden areas. They did some work in the garage. They did roofing on one portion of the house that was damaged. They did some electrical work that was related to the repairs. They also added another line for me in the garden area; it used to have light but I hadn’t fixed that for a long time.
