All work has done well.

Everything went very well start to finish. Joe was a true professional when visiting for the quote. He went through all our options after listening to what we thought we wanted done. There was no pressure or gimmicks as you can often encounter. He shared pluses and minuses of doing the work different ways and with different materials and then left the decisions to us. It was nice being able to make those decisions feeling you were now truly informed. The project was completed according to plan/schedule without a hitch. Three years later we are still very happy with the work. Stein has also done a number of complete remodels in our neighborhood - siding, roofing, windows and gutters and they all look fabulous. We highly recommend them for any of the services they provide!

The team of Stein Home Solutions and Meridian Homes began the process with extreme professionalism. They brought in various tradesmen where needed to answer questions and make sure we were aware of any issues that might come up. Bob Stein, Owner of Stein Home Solutions and Rob Monte, Owner of Meridian Homes were very patient in answering our questions as we received several competing proposals. Bob Stein explained the roofing/siding/gutter options in detail and offered a list of completed projects to view to insure our color selections matched our desires. When we decided to go with them, they had just signed a larger job and were unable to commit to the promised schedule. Instead of taking the job and delaying the progress, they called and said they were unable to book for that year. We decided to wait until the spring and they came out again, refreshed their proposal and started the work on time. Bob Stein and Rob Monte worked very well together keeping us informed every step of the way. If they said they were coming, they showed up. The three main contractors, Stein Home Solutions, Meridian Homes and Surprenant Masonry, Inc., worked hard to make sure the project went smoothly as the project progressed. We made several changes, were charged fairly and are very happy with the work.
