Description of Work: Installed 16 new windows and one sliding glass door. The scheduled date happened to fall on a week of sub-zero weather. I told them it was fine with me to wait. They went ahead and worked in sub-zero temps all week. Sometimes the windchill was -20. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! This is the third time I've worked with them. Great service throughout the whole process -- sales, prep, installation and post work follow up. They are going to do our back porch as well. I have recommended them to four other families.

Description of Work: I had them for all of my windows and some doors, but since then I have found out that my life-time warranty on the windows is not in effect because they have been bought out by another company. When I called about a patio door problem, the replacement cost was unreal and the guarantee wasn't good. I love the windows, the installation went very well, but because of the change in the guarantee, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Two years ago we had a Stanek Patio door put in for $2650! It looks amazing and works so well!! The wood coloring matches our oak wood so perfectly! We could notice immediately the efficiency of the window too with the added silver. So last year when we did our kitchen remodel we replaced our kitchen and two dining room windows for $3700. We went with sliders instead of casements because we liked the more window view and we didn't want the casement window to open onto the patio. It's easier to clean the inside windows without the screen inside too. We did have a few yellow finches decide to poke a few holes into our screens. But they have never come back again except for that one week? We love our windows!

Description of Work: These were hands down the most beautiful, solid vinyl windows we looked at. They were recently bought by Good Day. Between the shakiness of a new company and one of the highest quotes, we had to look at another company. Stanek/Good Day was our third choice amongst 12 different quotes for vinyl windows.
