Mike has been don four pest management for over a year. He provides excellent service. We have had no issues with any bugs or mice after his treatments. We highly recommend him.

Mike was prompt in his response. He offered us different options for pest control. We went with the quarterly. He notifies us when he is coming. Does an excellent job. Very professional.

Within 6 weeks no more mice and significantly less ant activity around the exterior of the house.

We had one of the dead bugs and unfortunately it is one of the very few that Mr. Werner does not treat. He identified the bug and gave us advice with how to proceed to get rid of it privately and/or professionally, whichever way we would choose. He was very knowledgeable and fair. We would definitely use him in the future if we had any other pest problems.

Very prompt, informative and efficient. Mike indicated that it may take a while to eradicate. Things went well for about a month when a critter showed up. Contacted Mike and we .agreed to wait a few more weeks. Again another one showed up. I contacted Mike and he came out and inspected traps and exterior. He found a few ares and treated accordingly. Mike is very easy to deal with. Not sure we have gotten rid of problem yet but know I can contact Mike and he will work with me. I have referred him to friends.

Mike came out and inspected, explained what was most likely going on and proposed an approach. He sprayed into the wall at the point the ants were emerging, applied a non-repellent contact gel around the base boards in the room and also applied granules outside around that area of the house to avoid further infiltration. Mike explained the options and process at every step along with the details of the products he was using. He guaranteed his work and checked in after 2 weeks to to assess and again at 4 weeks. The ants are gone. He charged less than his original $300 estimate and did not try to sell me a treatment plan for this problem. I was very happy with Mike's professional, honest and straight forward approach and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

They finished the job in one day. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He offered to come back out if the problem came back, but one service completely solved our problem.

Our house has been virtually bug free since we began using Pest Management Solutions for the monthly exterior treatments. We've also had to have several hornet nests removed. Mike is always prompt, professional, and completes the work to our satisfaction. We've recommended him to family and friends and always hear positive feedback. If you have a bug or pest problem I'd recommend them.

Mr. Werner examined the entire exterior of the house and sprayed everything thoroughly. Had no more problems with woodpeckers for the rest of the year.

Everything went very well, Mike was very polite and punctual. I did need to have a second application or treatment to get rid of the insects that were getting all around the house siding.

The service went very well, I didn't need to adjust my work schedule, he was able to come out to my home while I was at work. So far none of the yellow jackets have come back, there were hundreds before I had them treated. Excellent service!

Mike originally came out to our house to get rid of yellow jackets nesting in the steps to our back patio. He arrived on time, explained exactly what would happen and even how the wasps would react once he applied the product. He explained precautions and was very thorough. This was a couple of months ago and we haven't had a problem/return of the wasps since then. At that time, we also had notice wasps going in and out of one of the shutters on the front of the house. At the time, he explained about the type of wasp and that these were umbrella/paper wasps which are not as aggressive as yellow jackets but are protective of their nest. I decided to take a wait and see approach. Unfortunately, the wasps were become quite numerous and were too close to my front door so I called Mike and asked him to come out again and eliminate that nest. He was able to come out the same day I called and took care of that nest at no charge. Excellent, excellent service and I definitely will be recommending him to family and friends. Thanks Mike!

I appreciated the quick response to my inquiry of carpenter ants. It worked out that Mike came the same day that I called. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem. His prices are very reasonable and followed up after the service. I appreciated that he did not try oversell service that I did not need. PMS could not have been more responsive or more polite and informative. While I hope we do not need an exterminator in the future, I assure you that there is no other exterminator we would consider. We bought a house that had been uninhabited for 2 years, and discovered both a carpenter ant problem as well as a spider problem. The carpenter ants were in my kitchen and I literally killed 3-5 spiders every day in my bathroom. Michael was extremely professional, responsive and informative. He determined that the carpenter ants were in the trees outside of our house (phew), and he sprayed both inside and outside our house. It's been about 3 weeks, and I haven't seen a single carpenter ant and only 1-2 spiders. I would definitely use him again!
