+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare that tested my patience. When I first built my sunroom, Patio Enclosures was wonderful - they called about any delays or issues. I was so pleased I had them replace my windows when the time came for that project. I also go them 2 referrals. They have since been bought out and are part of Great Day Improvements, and seem to have innumerable internal issues. The window issue can't be fixed, and it took 6 months for them to replace the weatherstripping. I called in Feb, someone came in Mar to inspect & take photos. I had to follow up, and someone else came in May, but didn't have the right materials. Ended up escalating, and talking to the GM, as well as going to the local office. Found out they charged me double for the initial service call. Some of the service people talked down about their co-workers. Finally got the job done at the end of August.
