They were on time, fast and efficient, and did a great job.

Horrible service! They came for an estimate over a year ago. We call and call and they basically ignore us. They finally came and did a few patches two months ago. We've had several "dates" with them to finish the work and they don't show up, don't call to let us know the aren't showing up, and don't answer the phone when we call wondering where they are. It'll be wonderful to kick the sand off of our shoes when we finally get to say goodbye to them -- assuming they'll ever come to finish the work they started. So frustrating and disappointing.

No contracters contacted me. I would never use Angie's List again and would not recommend to anyone.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He was a pleasure to deal with...we are still waiting on the stones to be dropped in the drainage area but weather has been an issue but the asphalt job looks wonderful. Overall extremely please and will definitely use them again when the next section needs to be replaced. I highly recommend!

PLM sealed our driveway last year. Early this spring, I noticed the entired surface had peeled off or was gone. I contacted PLM and they agreed to redo the surface and we set up an appt. They came on set date we scheduled to be out of town. When we returned, we found driveway unfinished and it looked horrible. They also edged the driveway and through huge chunks of sod and mud onto our lawn which took my husband and I over an hour of back braking effort to pick up all the debris as it was killing our grass! I called once again and they said it rained and we'd have to reschedule. Fast forward another month, and once again PLM is back to do the job. I come home to find damage to my lawn from huge truck tires that must have driven off the drive. I called PLM immediately got a voice mail and never got a call back. I'm done! Consumer beware!

Never done-signed a contract -was given a date- no one showed up and no response to 3 or 4 follow-up calls. Is this company now out of business????

Best seal my driveway has ever had.

The 3 man crew arrived within the time window and did a good job filling cracks and seal coating my driveway.

One day due to rain, to prevent the sealer from washing off. Great Job filling the cracks with tar, wire brushing & flaming the driveway edges, and applying the sealant (with Si sand) by brush.

Arrived about 4:30pm on Friday. First crew cleaned and sealed cracks with hot tar. Second crew arrived after 5:30pm. Not sure of time as we had to leave for dinner. Work looks very nice. Too bad the hot tar strips are so visible after seal coat. See photo.

Difficult to review vendor that does not return emails or calls. Guess business must be good because they obviously do not need my business.

The experience overall was great. I contacted via AngiesList the company regarding a deal to reseal my driveway. They responded quickly and told me that they'll come out that week to review my driveway, which they did promptly. They gave me the quote which was the stated deal which looked like a great price from just searching around. I followed up to agree on the deal. Now the one knock was that I didn't hear back from them for about a week but it was over the 4th of July week so I imagined they were swamped and had limited resources. But Jeremy got back to me and he accommodated my schedule. I actually had to push the schedule back a week because they could get me in so soon. The day of, they had 4 guys come out. They all were very polite, professional and courteous. And I must say they were a well oiled machine. While one guy was setting up the string to do not enter my driveway, the other three guys went to work. Each guy had it down to exactly what was needed to be done and didn't waste a second. I was astonished at how organized they were and efficient. I think they finished within 15 minutes and the driveway looked great. I think if I tried this myself I would have taken 15 minutes alone to just set up. They definitely know what they are doing. I was quite happy with the work they did. I would recommend and hire again.

Grant/Jason did a great job.They were on time, courteous, and informative regarding care of driveway in future. There cleanup was very good, left nothing for me to do.

Job went very smooth from start to finish. When Jeremy met with us, (on a Sunday!!) he offered suggestions on how to repair our driveway. Not one of the other 8 contractors even offered repair suggestions! We were so happy issues were fixed, and solved our water issues. The project went for smooth throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Stone Coatings!

They showed up on a day I told them not to, because I had an appointment, so I had to drive over the coating they did. However, when I talked to a supervisor, they willingly came back out and repeated the job, without charging me again. They did a good job; I had a lot of holes and bumps I was hoping would disappear, and did not, but I am not certain that that was a realistic expectation.

This company used to be known as PLM, however they have changed, and so has their quality and respect for their customers. Terrible communication, even worse conflict resolution, and failure to honor promises. We hired them to do a simple driveway sealing and it couldn't of gone worse. There was terrible communication though the entire process, but that was the least of our concerns. There was some damage done to our driveway during the sealing. We notified the company about it and they failed to get back to us in a timely manner. Instead weeks later we received a very rude call from one of the owners accusing us of just not wanting to pay our bill. That call ended with the owner promising to come out and assess the damage prior to our payment for the work. Unfortunately he never kept his promise to come out and we never heard from him again. We finally just paid the bill to be done with the matter only to receive a notice two weeks later the they already filed a lien against us (along with a condescending letter attached)! We are just dumbfounded at how rude and aggressive this company was for over a simple driveway sealing.

They get an A+ on the pricing. We had to go back and forth a few times. But when they said they were going to be here they were here. I never meant them, they just came and did the job and left.
