Dave couldn't have been more helpful or attentive. He called and came to our home and gave an estimate. He was so patient because we were having some work done and some of the siding was not installed as quickly as anticipated. He made numerous trips to our home to check for color match and did everything possible to get the old and the new to look alike. We were very pleased with his work, his price and his attention to detail. We would highly recommend Dave and his company for power washing and exterior staining.

More than satisfactory experience. Even though they didn't perform the deck refinishing (per my indecision), the initial conversation and estimate process were professional, yet friendly. I got a good explanation of the work that needed to be done and why. He gave me several options, and his educated opinion of what option is most cost efficient. I did have one other company come out to provide an estimate, and they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor and wasting their time. Prima Pressure Cleaning appears to be a friendly deal.

They did a very good job. They responded quickly. They gave me a date and they stuck to that date. They were very friendly. I was very satisfied with their work.

Excellent, I was very nervous about the work. I told this to Dave, He listened carefully to my concerns, Gave me all the time I needed, answered all my questions, made me comfortable about hiring him again. Dave was excellent in every way, would hire him again in a minute.

Dave provided an estimate within a day after I called him. He worked around my schedule (and the weather), as I wanted to be home while the work was being done. He was fast and efficient and even took a moment to let my dog drink from the hose before hooking up the pressure washer. That alone scored big points with me.

The deck looks much better than before. We had re-stained it ourselves a few years back, but the material didn't last very long. When Dave came out for the quote, he quoted it with and without the lattice work. He recommended that the existing lattice work probably would blend in fine with the new finish, since it doesn't have direct exposure to sunlight and was not as faded, which turned out to be accurate. We set it up for him to come out anytime that weather conditions were favorable, which didn't happen often this spring. It turned out that we never met each other in person, since all of our dealings were over the phone. He came out about a week later to do the pressure washing and a week or two after that to do the staining. If not for the poor weather, the project would have been done sooner. We were pleased with the overall appearance of the deck. The only issue we had was that he was supposed to fix one of the boards before staining, which did not happen. We called him back and he came back to replace the board within a few days. We agreed to stain that piece on our own if the weather ever improves.

Excellent service, prompt response to initial call, showed up when scheduled, job appears to be very well done. Better price than other company we got bid from. He even took extra time to move the heavy sand box off the deck even though I was supposed to do this and didn't complain about it. I would definitely recommend them to others.

"A" in every area. He was a very punctual, conscientious person who really wanted to please his customer, a rarity in these times. He had a happy personality that radiated in his work. Imagine anyone coming back, after he was paid, to help us put the grill and redwood furniture back on the deck. We do confirm every answer preceding this question and our answer is exactly the way it was.

The day Dave started he said it would take 2 - 3 days. I was concerned about not being able to use our deck for a long period. Even with horrible weather (rain, rain, rain), Dave finished within a week. And what a great job he did. He worked long hours and cleaned up after himself. When he finished, he returned the next day and put everything back on the deck for us. Dave was a pleasure to deal with and a real gentlemen. Hard to find today. I will definitely continue to use him for all our deck maintenance and was happy to find him. Thank you, Angie's List.

I called for an estimate, Dave came to the house that day and provided an estimate. I approved and the work was finished the following week, as promised. Terrific job!

The work was excellent, and our deck looked beautiful. The following spring our deck was covered in black mildew. The owner came back out, researched possible causes for the mildewing, talked with the manufacturer of the sealant, and ultimately redid our deck at no additional cost. Truly the ultimate in customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Dave was quick to respond to my call, visited my yard and gave me an estimate for my deck and advice on cleaning a lannonstone walk and porch. Work was completed the following week with no mess-he even cleared the furniture off the deck when I forgot he was coming. I also received a 10% discount because I found him through Angie's List.

Excellent work. The deck was extremely dry, not having been maintained at all by the previous owner. Dave's crew did the the work while I was away. After two days, the wood looked very light, so I called to have him come back and apply a second coat. The deck had soaked up a great amount of finish. Dave agreed without hesitation, and was out in a matter of days, no extra charge. It looks great now.

We are really pleased with the quality of the job and how quickly Prima was able to schedule us. Dave spent a great deal of time on the job and the results look great! The price was very reasonable for the work performed, we will use Prima again and recommend them to others. We found Prima through Angie's List and are happy we did!

The work was done well and the price was exactly what Dave quoted it would be. My only slightly negative comment is that Dave was behind schedule because of all the rain this summer. I made the appointment in June for mid-July, and still hadn't heard anything by the first week in August. So I called him to ask the status and he said we were scheduled for later that week (it felt like he had really forgotten about us though, and once I called to remind him, he came out a few days later). I just would have liked a status call if they were running behind schedule again.

He came when he said he would come. Was polite, did a nice job, and cleaned up the site. We had him six years ago as well. I would hire him again.

WE HAD AN UNEXPECTED RAIN STORM LASTING ALL NIGHT. DAVE CAME OUT PERSONALLY TO INSPECT & CORRECT WHAT LITTLE PROBLEMS OCCURRED. THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL & CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WE WILL USE AGAIN.

DAVE DID A GOOD JOB. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND DID QUALITY WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. GARDEN AREAS AROUND DECK WERE DAMAGED, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED AS AREAS NEEDED TO BE STAINED WENT RIGHT DOWN TO THE DIRT IN THE GARDEN.
