Dave did a GREAT job at a very reasonable price. He was there when he promised to be and made my deck look OUTSTANDING. He is DEFINITELY the man I will call for such service in the future. I found him on Angie's List and am VERY happy that I subscribed.

The patio looked brand new after it was completed.

This is the second time we've had Dave do work for us and again we are extremely happy with the quality, price and competence of this provider. We had holes in the wall where curtain rods had been mounted and Dave's repair of the wall was excellent. He was very thorough and made sure that the walls were adequately covered so there was no bleed-through. This required three coats of paint in the bedroom to cover a dark coat of paint previously applied. Considering his price included all paint and materials, we feel his pricing was not excessive.

I called them and left a detailed message regarding my need to get the north side of my house power washed. No response back! Frustrating when a contractor can not even return your call. I guess they don't want my business, thus I have nothing good to say about them!!!

Everything went well. Dave completed the work quickly and the deck looks good. Wood use Milwaukee pressure wash again in the future.

The gentlemen was very nice, neat, punctual. he did a very nice job pressure washing, however the product used for re-sealing the deck was not the best. Overall the experience was fair.

When we were not happy with the job because of the stain picked. He did an excellent job and finished it beautifully with another stain without charging us extra. It came out excellent.

We called numerous contractors and this vendor was in the middle to low end with pricing. He has a pleasant personality. We did much research on non-toxic stains because in the past, when others have stained the deck, it smelled terrible when we had the patio door open and the sun beat down on the deck. We settled on an expensive, non-toxic product. I contacted the manufacturer and they repeatedly said that the excess product had to be wiped off with a rag or the surplus would just sit on top of the wood. They also specify this in their web site instructional video. The contractor said he had used one of the other stains from this company and he didn't have to wipe it off. I told him that was what the manufacturer recommended. He said that if it was still "sticky" in 48 hours he would return to wipe it off. It was still "sticky" over about 15 to 20 percent of the deck and it took about a month to not be sticky anymore. However, I did not call him to come back because I didn't want to deal with it. I guess I was ambivalent about having him come back because he quoted the job before he knew that we wanted to use a stain that required more labor than just spreading on the deck. The excess stain wiping would have required about double the time. However, he could have asked to re-quote the job too and we would have been open to it. Before staining the deck he cleaned it with some chemicals and a pressure washer. Some of the overspray got on our vinyl siding and he wiped it off (an area about 5 feet long by 4 feet wide). This just made the siding look worse so he said he would give me a discount to pressure wash the entire 3 sides of the house that are vinyl sided for $250. I did not ask him to do it but I noticed that several Groupon deals at that time offered a house pressure wash for $200.

He did a fantastic and excellent job. He was on time, he did a thorough job, he came when he said he would, he came and spent the whole day. He did a good job and he's also personable.

Excellent! Received a quote via email, and I was very appreciative that I did not have to be home for the estimate. They arranged service for the next week. The house looks great and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

I emailed Dave with our coupon # on Thursday and he called me the same day. We set up the power washing service for the following Tuesday a.m. and he was prompt and very cordial. The deck is larger than the size we originally contracted for, but he informed us of this before starting the work and the additional fee that he charged we felt was very reasonable. He first put a cleaning solution on the deck and then power washed it, including the exposed sides. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. The 36 year old deck looks like new and we will definitely use his service in the future.

I have used them for pressure washer before in the passed. So I went with them again to use them for my deck for my home. Overall I give them and A grade.

The overall expierence was great, Dave came over and gave us his estimate. We had new sod put in so he wanted to wait 2 weeks so his ladders would not ruin our new sod. He called us about 10 days later to see if we were ready, the weather was perfect and Dave spent three days here, you would not even know that he was here, he is very quite.Dave covered our entire side of the house so there would be no stain's on the siding.He is very professional and has a great personality.

They pressure washed and refinished the deck itself. They replaced the top wood rails around the deck. They painted all the slats and top rails. They did a great job. Dave is a great guy and easy to work with. This time the railings and tops were in bad shape. He repaired everything that didn't need to be done last time and the base this time needed to be refinished. He looks at everything; he replaced nails where needed and hand scraped all the paint. He pays great attention to detail. When he started we had rainy weather, but he still finished the job in a very timely fashion. He took care of everything. He went above and beyond; he even took the time to pressure wash all my deck furniture.

I spoke with Dave on the phone to ask for a quote. About a week later he called me with the quote. He asked what my timing for the completion was. He called me the day before they were coming. They pressure washed one day and sealed the next. I called him about a week later to make sure they were done and had applied both sealant coats to the deck. Dave said they were done and would send the invoice. I received the invoice about a week later. I wasn't home for any of it so I did not interact with them other than on the phone. My adult son said that two men did the work and they looked and behaved professionally. The completed job was good.

Dave was very responsive through out the process. He did a good job of staining the deck. After the work was complete, the clean up was not as thorough but I called him regarding that and he came the same day to complete the clean-up work. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and would hire them again.

Great experience. Dave Decker was prompt to respond to my request for a quote. He came out within a couple days. The job was scheduled within 2 weeks and the weather cooperated. He did an outstanding job on my deck and it looks like new! I will not hesitate to contact him again. Thanks Dave!

Dave Decker did a fantastic job on our large deck. He first pressure-washed it, then treated the mildewed areas and then sanded rough surface areas. His final step was to apply a new coat of stain. Not only was Dave a pleasure to deal with, but his work went above and beyond what we expected. He used a brush for the entire staining process and was meticulous in staining the entire deck, including the cracks between the boards. He did not rush through the job, but rather worked at a pace which permitted him to be meticulous in the staining process. Our deck looks wonderful - and new. We recommend Dave as a very professional, pleasant and competent service provider.

They also cleaned and resealed the teak wood furniture. They did a very good job and I am happy with them. They did the furniture with the brush, coated and stained it.

They did a good job - it is difficult to reseal a stamped patio without it looking milky - they did a good job for me in the short time frame I requested.

Dave was responsive and pleasant. The work was done on time and as promised.

Dave was very prompt in responding to my email, providing a quote, and staying in communication throughout the process. My deck was loaded with pots and furniture and a grill and they moved it all with care.
