Lawns R Us Landscaping & Snow Removal

Both services were performed to my satisfaction and I continue to use them. The vendor uses email for communication which is great.

They do a great job. Since we have hired them we have noticed an improvement in lawn.

Requested they call before they come; they don't. (We have cats that go outdoors) We have a patch of weeds in the lawn where we used to have a tree (city cut it down for possible interference with a power line). The company never sprays it for weeds (which we would like to have done). They are regular, reasonably priced and nice folks.

That went okay and they did what they said they would. They were also punctual. They did one treatment by spraying my lawn for about 15 minutes. I thought the price was a little high though, because it was only for one treatment.

They were fine. We use them now for regular service. They make suggestions on what we can do to improve things and they have been very helpful.

They did a great job. They've been waiting for the weather to cooperate so they could start our program. When I came home after work, the treatment had been performed, our lawn was marked with flags indicating the work had been done and there was a notice letting us know what was done, when it was done (start and end time) and there was even a personalized note from the gentleman who completed the work. This is the first year we've used their services for mowing and fertilizing and we've been very pleased. This is a professional, courteous, organized company. After we signed our contract, we received a log in for their online site that includes a schedule for all anticipated services. We always know when to expect them. They are flexible and very responsive. After working with several different companies the past 7 years, it's great to work with a company that takes pride in what they do and meets or exceeds our expectations. I would definitely recommend Lawns R Us.

I ordered the Big Deal too late in the fall to perform the aeration. Sean was willing to do the work in the spring. The workmen arrived promptly on the rescheduled date. They performed the work in a professional manner. I was pleased enough with their work to hire them again to provide additional lawn service.

All services were performed per contract. Employees were friendly and efficient.

We were happy with the service and we used them several times since.

Lawns 'R Us was fantastic and we are very pleased with their work. From the beginning, Brian invested alot of time and effort meeting at the house to work with me on plans, even prior to a deposit. Jason (the owner) was very hands on, approachable, and clearly wanted the project to go well. He and his crew worked efficiently and hard. They were very responsive to our concerns and changed things that we requested. Fortunately, our residence was fairly close to their main office. They frequently would swing by even after the main work was done, to make minor adjustments, such as changing the sprinkler settings, spraying weeds, adding extra seed for the lawn, etc. They even watered our trees for the first week. Bottom line is that they genuinely cared about the quality of the work they did. They didn't just do the job and disappear. They continued to do what needed to be done for the lawn to come in well, and didn't charge us extra. Their prices were the most reasonable and fairest that we came across as well.

We have used Lawns R Us since moving to the Pewaukee area three years ago. Jason is absolutely great to work with and his team does good work.

This was an introductory offer. There was no follow communication or follow up. I took the offer to replace our provider who had retired. Based on: (1) location of lawn flags (2) amount of product used (3) length of time for the job (4) the front yard is weed free and the rest of the yard is not. I assume the application was applied to only the front yard and not the entire yard. Summary: Poor Business practice to use a leader price with incomplete performance and no attempt to establish a long term relationship.

Have signed up for the 5 treatment package. After two of the five treatments have noticed an improvement in the look of the lawn. Will continue to use them.

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It was fine. It didn’t solve my lawn problem. The lawn needed some more work and they weren’t able to provide it at that cost.

I'm using him and they do a great job. It was like $70 for the application and the stomp grinding was like $50.

I switched to Lawns R Us this year for my lawn fertilzation, and I'm very pleased so far. Sean has been great to work with, and extremely responsive. He responds to my emails and answers all my questions. I have only had the first of 5 applications, but my grass looks great and I have very few weeks. Definitely recommended.

Most, but not all, of the weeds died.

We were very pleased with their service and price. We initially purchased the Big Deal and decided to have them continue with additional treatments throughout the summer. Our dandelion forest has significantly decreased and the lawn appears much happier!

Came and gave me a bid. We talked about it. They executed what was proposed. They called to follow up. I was happy with the service. Would use them again based on this experience.

We purchased special for one lawn treatment. We did request lawn treatment estimate for 5+ treatments and estimate for for tree removal and tree trimming. It took almost 3 weeks for them to call us back w estimate. By this time we already found someone else to trim tree and lawn treatments. They did apologise for delay in getting back to us. Said they were overwhelmed with special they ran for lawn treatments.

I bought the online deal and traveled overseas the following week; spent a month abroad. Then I was contacted to see if I wanted to have more services. What bothered me is that I never scheduled an appointment (deal was good till Oct 30th), thus never had a chance to meet with them before the services, which by the way, I cannot say if or what was done. I believe they were done, however I didn't like the way everything went.

They performed the services with no issues and followed up with additional options if I wanted to do more. Overall, nice company and had no problems.

They called me immediately after I purchased the fertilization deal to talk about when they would come. They came within the week. I was not home when they came, but I could tell that they had been there because of the flags in the yard. The treatment seemed to work well, although with the extreme dry spell this summer, it's hard to know if weeds would have come back sooner with more rain. I was hoping that they would give me some very specific information about an area in my front lawn where the grass doesn't grow well, but when I talked to someone on the phone, he didn't address my lawn specifically, but just gave general thoughts about the situation I described, so I was disappointed about that.
