EVEN KIEL DRAIN CLEANING

I have used this service twice before at a different property in the same area. This time Darryl was dealing with a tenant (who I had told to ask about any surcharge as it was a Sunday) Darryl told the tenant he could be there in 30 minutes however did not mention that Sunday would nearly double the fee. He was onsite under an hour and the cost was $795 which is simply unfair, particularly to a past/present client. I requested a partial refund of the exorbitant Sunday add on but no, Darryl did nothing. In the years I have known him, he has obviously lost some of his integrity.

I was quoted a price of $100, but when he arrived to do the work he decided he didn't want to do it. He also failed to let me know that he was going to be unable to do the work while i was at work. I had to call him to see if anything had been done while i was at work and he responded with and quot;you are going to have to figure it out.and quot; He also said that he didn't want to do the work at the price he quoted. Very unprofessional and dismissive when I called him. He might do great work, but I'll never know. The way he handled things was terrible and he was unapologetic. I would not recommend him to do any work.

Our sewer backed up on a Sunday morning. We called Darrell and he arrived within the hour. He ended up drilling/boring the sewer line which had tree root blocking the line. Darrell was extremely polite and knew what he was doing. For service on a Sunday the price was very good. We would definitely call Even Kiel Drain Cleaning in the future. We are thinking of calling in the future for maintenance of the drain to prevent another issue.

I used an internet service to enter my need for drain clearing work. They called within 1 minute of my hitting the submit button!! This was 10:30 at night and he came over and got to work. Within 30 minutes the drain was cleared. He recommended a service to do the restoration work and they were good too.
