my appointment was rescheduled 3 times. However, I missed the call from the technician, and when I called back he was "no longer in the area" and I needed to "call the office". I have dealt with them in the past and been satisfied, but I'm very frustrated. Calling another contractor today.

I would highly recommend Droegkamp. I usually shop around for big purchases like this but since it was in the middle a heat wave and the pandemic, Droegkamp was the first company that could come to the house. They were very professional, gave me a few options for a new air conditioner, and filled the freon in my broken air conditioner so that I could have cold air until they could come and replace it. It was a few weeks before they could come and the freon ran out before they were able to replace the air conditioner, so they came and refilled the freon to tide me over. The gentleman who installed my air conditioner worked efficiently and completed the job very neatly. When I called the office on numerous occasions someone always answered. They were always courteous and if they couldn't answer my question, someone always called me back in a timely manner.

Great! Mike was very prompt, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He did a very quality job. The furnace check was a two part deal where the A/C will be checked in the Spring. Having this package deal gives peace of mind that everything will be taken care of.

They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment right away. The service technician arrived when they said he would. He put on shoe covers to keep my floor clean and did an excellent job repairing our furnace in a timely manner. I would call them again!

very impressed----joe the estimator was very knowledgeable and not pushy-----gary the installer was super and very careful to clean up every little bit of dirt---mike who did the furnace tune was super ------------how often do you have a company so honest that when you ask to have a 20 year old furnace checked out----they do a very detailed check and show the details and they don't try to ram all sorts of repairs at you--they actually said everything is fine for now ( guess who I'll call when I need one }--they were right on par with 2 other companies I called for estimates----awesome job

Two visits and that's not our fault: Brian came, diagnosed the problem (capacitor if not blower died, and tune up). He was right: a new capacitor made it work well, until the old blower just refused to obey. Two days later we called and said that Brian was right: the blower needed replacement. Doing just the capacitor was our call to try to save money. Now our 20+ year old furnace runs like new. And I'll be calling them to replace our HVAC ('cuz it's 20+ years old) when it decides to give up the ghost.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave. Considering everyone else's did too, Droegkamp was there fast seeing what I needed and getting me an estimate. Joe was the one doing the measuring and answering questions - he was quite patient, and thorough. My furnace was older so I decided to get new one also. Pricing was very competitive. The installers Mike and Randy were professional, courteous, and careful throughout their work, and completely cleaned up the installation site when they were done. They arrived on time. They were responsive and very informative in regard to all my questions, and provided guidance regarding system operation after installation. Quote was explained well. I was given a couple of options for the furnace and the thermostat. After deciding which one the work was scheduled and the team arrived to install the unit on time as promised. They covered hardwood and carpeted areas and left the work area clean when they left. They could have done a better job of explaining some of the features on the thermostat, but the person I dealt with on the quote said he would be glad to help out if needed. Once I had a chance to read the manual that was not necessary. Overall, very happy with the work, the product (Lennox) and the firm. I would use them again.

Mike the technician was punctual and found the issue right away with my furnace. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly and got us back in heat on a cold winter day.

Our 20 year old Armstrong has a failure last year which Droegkamp repaired. This year had another problem. Considering the age of the unit and the upcoming change in AC coolants we bit the bullet and purchased a new 2.5 ton Lennox unit. We got an appointment for an installation about 10 days away (it couldn't get here soon enough). The crew arrived at 8:30 on the designated. They removed the old unit, strung new hoses to the furnace unit, did a bit of duct fabrication, and were on the way to their next job by noon. They were very efficient, kept us in the loop about what they were going to do, and worked around piles of boxes that hadn't been moved in 20 years. They did a great job and they are now our regular HVAC choice.

Fantastic. Team was very professional, equipment was installed <7 days from tech onsite. Company identified a refrigerant leak in the condenser, did not charge for the diagnostic. Package bonus was given to replace both units (21 years old and failing), and 4 years of annual maintenance was included with purchase.

Mike came out promptly and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Although the replacement motor was expensive part, he performed the procedure flawlessly. Good conversation and very nice guy. I will call him out again for the AC tune up.

Techs were on time, professional, laid carpet runner and installed system to the quoted price. Clean up was ok - still needed to vacuum up after they left. Otherwise no other issues.

The technician came in half hour . Mike was done in less than an hour. He gave me good advice, didn't pressure me at all to purchase another brand of furnace but gave me recommendations and cost estimates on better HVAC systems when I asked. I would hire again! The bonus: I used the coupon and got 10% off parts and labor! Diagnostic $65.00, included.

It was good. There were no additional fees. They got back to us quickly. We live in Wisconsin and it was December. The cost was fine. Yes, I would use them again in the future.
