It was excellent. The service guy (I think his name was Rick but not sure), was very professional, answered all my questions, and took time to completely check my furnace for good working condition.

Mike B. did a good job. The A/C works fine now. We are going to use them for a furnace tune-up before the winter here in Wisconsin.

Went very well. Technician was very courteous. He explained several things about the conditioner that I did not know, especially the age of it. It hadn't been cleaned in a long time so looked really good when he was finished.

Pete came out and did an inspection of the area and showed me the different types of dehumidifiers they carried. He said that he would have to do some calculations for the size we would need. He recommended the largest one they had because of the size of our basement. Price was very high. I found the same unit online and would have purchased it, but we aren't very handy with wiring. I told him about the price discrepancy and he offered us $100 off the price, a check of our furnace and air conditioning system and a replacement filter. Since they did the initial installation of our furnace when we built our house, we accepted the offer and the installation went well. They are very prompt, courteous, and nice to work with.

I called Droegkamp Furnace Co. a few minutes after 7 a.m. and they asked me if I could be at the house from 8 until noon. I was stunned when a few minutes before 8 the technician arrived and had the problems diagnosed quickly, a bad capacitor and a dead fan motor. He thought he had the replacement motor he needed, but my older Armstrong unit had a three-bolt connection and he needed to order the motor for the correct mounting. Before I had time to worry, he assured me he would be back by late morning to install it. In actuality, he was back about an hour later. His dispatcher moved his appointments around so he could finish my job first. He was gone about the length of time it would take to get from Waukesha to Menominee Falls, where the electrical supply house was. He re-assembled the system and it was cranking out cold air in just a few minutes. Why did I pick Droegkamp? I used another service for many years, but they were bought out by another firm and things changed. I had seen Droegkamp vans in the neighborhood before, so I checked Angies list and the Better Business Bureau and they sounded worth a try. I am delighted with the super-fast response to my A.C. problem and how quickly it was fixed!

It went well. I was told the technician would arrive between 8 and 12. He arrived at 9:30 a.m. Took about 45 minutes to complete the tune up.

Never came called half hour before my appt. Emergencies are more important!! More money!!!

This is actually a review of Angie's List - a big fat "F". i cannot seem to reach them via phone (10+ minute wait times every time i've tried to call!) and am not getting a response to my emails. I purchased a service from this provider only to find out later that they do not service my area. A specific service area was not mentioned in the "Big Deal" disclaimer and according to the company they have been trying to get Angie's List to fix this. I need a refund for this purchase and would like ANGIES LIST to respond. Thank you.
