Description of Work: Everything went OK and he told me my furnace was a good one.

Description of Work: Did a very thorough air conditioning system check. I liked them so much I'm going to have them back to check my furnace.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angies List "deal" for AC or furnace checkup for $59. I live in a condo and have a Magic Pack furnace/AC unit (a small AC and furnace combo unit that fits in a closet). I have had this for 15 years and have had it serviced annually by various companies. I usually pay around $80 to have this entire unit serviced. Droegkamp charges a separate fee of $79 for the AC part of the unit and $79 for the furnace part. This means I would pay $80 more for a service call when comparing to other companies I have used over the years, The technician did a few things that other companies did not do, such as take a ladder and go up to the unit outside. He also told me to pour a bit of hydrogen peroxide into the groove by the AC tubing to keep it clean I found that very helpful. The technician did work only on the AC unit, which means I have to hire someone to come out and do the furnace separately. After the technician left, I was unable to get heat out of my furnace. I am not mechanically inclined, but after several hours I took the doors off my closet unit and realized the technician had failed to turn the unit back on. I called the company and the gentleman I spoke with was rather short with me. Shortly thereafter, the owner (?) called me and said that they would send me a refund for their service provided. Several weeks passed and the refund did not come. I reluctantly called back to remind him, and the check was then sent. So, to be honest, all in all, I was pleased with the quality of the work done on the AC, but my overall experience was not pleasing.

Description of Work: Because of the temperature the air conditioner tune-up could not be done |completely. I'll probably need an update in the spring.

Description of Work: A/C tuneup, replaced a burned out capacitor and replaced undersized wiring. Also got estimate on alternatives to update furnace. I was very pleased with the visit - I got resolutions to all our concerns with our A/C and heating systems.

Description of Work: They cleaned and lubricated my air conditioning unit, added freon to bring it to its proper level and inspected our entire system. They are truly "pro's."

Description of Work: Just moved into a foreclosed condo. Not sure if the AC worked. Worker came out and everything was in working order. He oiled everything and replaced some drain tubes that were worn. Everything works perfect. Great value.
