They have done our furnace and air conditioner tune ups for several years, after our previous service man retired. They have always been prompt and reasonable. This Spring it was determined that we needed a new air conditioner. We had also been told a few years ago that our furnace would need replacing in the next few years. So we replaced both , which saved us about four hundred dollars in labor costs by doing them both at once. Two guys completed the job in one day. Everything works great. Note that there is also a Droegkamp in Hartland. It is a different company. I'm sure they do great work also, but this review is for the company based in Pewaukee.

Great - right on time, finished quickly. Very neat. Explained everything and answered questions.

The service man who come to do annual cleaning of H/cool showed me rust was starting on pipes 4/14/17 4/14/17 2 men from Droegkamp installed new unit in AM and explained new thermastat

It was wonderful service. They did a wonderful job. They gave me a printout on their testing results. I would give him an A overall. I’d give him an A+ for punctuality. He actually made an appointment for afternoon but he called me that day and said he was ahead of schedule, could he come early, and if not that was okay. I said, of course! So it was even better. One person came to do the service. He was done in about an hour. He was very professional, prompt, gave me a written output of my furnace testing results, and gave me some verbal maintenance instructions on what I could do to keep my furnace running better all year. It was my first experience with this company but it won't be my last -- unless I see a better deal on Angie's List. I look at those and check the ratings. I'm always willing to try someone new.

Everything from making the appointment to the service provided went smoothly. Very professional, friendly and prompt.

On time, professional and knowledgeable. Made sure floor was left clean/put down mats of protect floor. Had to remove door frame to remove and replace unit. All put back together properly. Ryan and Steve did a great job. Thank you!

It worked out well. The price ended up being quite a bit more. The deal was as advertised. It was reasonable. The quality was fine. It didn't take a long time. It was a couple of hours. They were very friendly. They put shoe wrappings on their feet, or took their shoes off when they came in. They were very clean, and when they did the furnace replacement ultimately they put down stuff to make sure they didn't leave any tracks around the house.

They were very quick about doing this, because it could be a safety issue. It's not the kind of thing you want to take chances on. There might have been some promotions available that they did not offer, at least maybe in terms of a no interest period. The price I think itself was fair, but there were some considerations they could have offered.

It was $75 to get the damper put in and it was not a bad price at all.

It turned out very good. They were very knowledgeable. I was just overall pleased with the service.

They recommended an expensive repair and pointed out to a problem that later on turned out to be not needing that expensive repair A WD40 did the trick and opened the dampers now I have heat evenly through out the house. They also failed to clean a certain part of the furnace (where the water condenses) which caused the furnace to completely shut down and had to call someone else to get it fixed. Way over priced too.

I booked this service through Angie's List in December and they were already booked into mid-January. That was okay. I anticipated it. It is a busy time in Wisconsin once the weather gets cold. Nothing was malfunctioning so I didn't need the tune up ASAP. The technician who came out was friendly and thorough. He asked me if I had any concerns and really listened. He took his time and used a very detailed check list. They really check everything! Afterwards, he walked me through his findings and actually discovered and fixed the culprit to my concerns. I was very pleased with his diligence and honesty with my furnace. He arrived on time. He left the area clean and even remembered to turn off the lights when he was done.

It went very smoothly--the technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival as I had requested, and he arrived at the beginning of the time block in which I was scheduled. He was polite, professional and efficient!

Terrible. The first scheduled appointment was cancelled only after waiting for them for 2 hours = lost time at work.

Scheduling during the winter season is several weeks out. Our tech was polite, professional, and got right to work. Rick explained everything he was testing for and checking on our 20 year old furnace. He brought shoe covers in case our basement was finished and not only checked everything, but cleaned and wiped down every part of the furnace. I would certainly call Droegkamp Furnace again for service.

The employee's (Steve & Cal) were very professional and timely. They made sure our carpet (recently installed) was not damaged as they removed the old furnace and brought the new furnace downstairs. They laid plastic on the stairs and it helped prevent any damage. They removed the plastic and cleaned up thoroughly. They removed the old furnace without any major problems and used a dolly to bring it up the stairs. They put the old furnace in their van and took it away. They brought down the new furnace and installed it in about 4 hrs. They made sure the furnace was working properly before they left. They installed a new thermostat and set the heat to the settings we desired. They also showed us how to change the settings (very helpful!).

They came out promptly and fixed it. A known problem with a particular production run of the low pressure switch. Cost (~$200?) was covered by Lennox. A vastly better experience than with the Trane furnace that was replaced two years ago. In that case, the inducer board caught on fire. Not covered by Trane. Trane wouldn't sell just the board, one had to buy a complete rewiring kit (~$1500). That's when I had it replaced with a Lennox by Droegkamp.

We've used Droegkamp for many years. Fast, professional service. They do their best to fix what's broken, without overcharging for unnecessary repair or replacement. They could have told us that furnace needed replacement when blower motor failed, but did their best to repair it until we could replace the whole furnace. The were also the first company to call back when furnace went out in sub-zero weather a few years back. Good company. Good people.

Very well. The technician arrived on time and did a very thorough job. This is a new home for me and he did a very good job explaining the status of the furnace and what to watch for in the coming years given its age.
