Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for furnace tune-up. The tech arrived on time. He was courteous & professional. He was very thorough and even went outside to check the outflow pipes. He replaced the filter that I provided. I was very satisfied. I would call the company for service if I had a problem.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List for a furnace tune-up by Droegkamp. My only complaint was the availability of appointments: The first opening available was one month after my purchase. Droegkamp canceled that appointment about an hour before it was scheduled because their techs were busy with emergency calls from people with no heat (understandable). Disappointingly, the next available appointment was about one month after that. Droegkamp kept that appointment, and the service itself was great. The technician was very professional, prompt, and efficient.

Description of Work: They did a furnace tune-up and cleaning. While performing maintenance on the furnace, the tech found a broken drain hose which was causibg some rust in the furnace and fixed it for free. The tech was friendly and did a good job.
