Description of Work: Cleaned off fins. Mine were petty clean already. Hosed off fins. Checked for debris on wiring and contacts. Checked area at furnace. Did performance testing. We had good numbers. The unit is about three years old. Recommended placeing a board on top of unit to help keep dirt,leaves and small limbs falling into the unit. It would'nt hurt to gently clean the surface & edges of fan blades,there by air flow is improved,resulting in more efficient unit. |P.S. of course remove board during the summer months when in full time.

Description of Work: Started with a A/C purchase. On visiting with sales rep, decided to also replace a furnace and up-grade the A/C unit. I was totally impressed with the discussions/delivery of the product. The installers were extremely professional, neat and pleasant. Would be able to highly recommend this business and its employees to anyone. Hopefully, mine will only be inspections/servicing in the time I own my home!
