NO issues with anything. From the sales rep to the final install, everything went great. I highly recommend Droegkamp Furance Co. As a bonus, the Lennox 2 stage furnace and 3 ton central air unit had more rebates than Carrier and ended up costing me $700 less with a better warranty. Total price with the WE Energies and Focus on Energy rebates was $5100 installed.

Just great from phone call to new furnace.

Estimator came out on Tuesday and gave a written estimate, We approved on Wednesday and the Furnace was installed on Friday. Workmen showed up on time on Friday morning, Put down carpet runners to protect and flooring or rugs they had to work over and started to remove the old furnace. As soon as it was out they cleaned the area, installed the new plenum adapter, humidifier, and furnace. Everything done very neatly. I was impressed that when they came into the house to install the new thermostat, they wore booties over their shoes so as not to drag any dirt in. They explained the maintenance that we would have to do annually very well after testing everything out. Heat was back on by about 5:00 in spite of a minor problem with the furnace control which was solved before anyone left. I am very satisfied with their work and the new Lenox furnace is quite and works very well. I would recommend Droegkamp Furnace Co.. to anyone

Contacted Droegkamp Furnace Office, because of blower noise. Office person, was incredibly helpful in scheduling a time and making service recommendations. Contact and follow up were great. Greg, confirmed appointment and arrived on time, diagnosed furnace problem and helped determine the beat cost solution. Very concerned and conscientious, they ordered and installed the blower part that same day they took care to keep the house clean and did not make a mess. The service technician was very knowledgeable about radiant heat systems and provided professional installation and informative answers to my questions.

The sales person provided a written estimate via email which was helpful to me. He was available to respond to questions and did so in a very professional and helpful manner. The work was scheduled to meet our calendar needs. The installers arrived as planned, worked carefully and were most willing to answer my questions. The work site was left in good order.

We had a wonderful experience with Droegkamp Furnace Co. Our salesman was Joe Landry and he immediately returned my call and setup an appointment. He went over all of the models Armstrong had for furnaces and air conditioners and made recommendations based on our home and living in Wisconsin. There was no pressure to buy. I liked the Armstrong brand and I had read good reviews on both the furnace and the air conditioner. I liked the fact that there was no push for the higher end models that I didn't need for my home. We received an estimate through email that included options to upgrade to different models. The price was great and much better than the other proposals we received from other companies. We were able to setup an appointment for installation within a few days. The installation went smoothly. They asked me if I had any questions before they got started and reviewed everything with me when they finished. They also did a nice job of cleaning everything up.

Rick was my technician. He was on time, cleaned my furnace in a reasonable time. He explained what he did & how my furnace performed.

Technician called to indicate he was on his way. Arrived 20 minutes later as he indicated he was efficient and took the time to explain problem and resolution. Good experience.

We had superb service. A new more energy efficient furnace was replaced with a high quality product. The work crew was efficient, and accomplished the work quickly, with a minimum of disruption to our household in this busy season. Our call for service was answered promptly and the installation accomplished quickly and efficeintly. The new furnace and AC are working well.

They inspected the furnaces because it's a large home with 4 levels and tried to identify the imbalances in the heating system. After doing so using gauges and gut instinct, adjustments were made which nearly solved the problem. He told us how to make further adjustments ourselves. There turned out to be a damper that was inadvertently closed by the air duct cleaning company we used.

My serviceman was Mike and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly. I have used this company several times in the past and I would not hesitate to use Droekamp again.

Very honest estimate. They helped me select an efficient package best suited for a rental property (1920s bungalow). High efficiency furnace and AC package beat the competition and they even completed the rebate for me! I would definitely use them again.

They showed up when they said they would. They dealt with problems with the furnace quickly--even coming out once on Christmas day. We have had no problems with the air conditioning.

Everything went well. He checked the boiler first and found a problem that affected the temperature of the water in the boiler. Fixed that and made sure everything else was working well. The force air system was found to have a problem that caused rust in the furnace. He ordered parts and came back in a timely manner to fix it.

ORIGINAL SERVICE CALL WAS RESCHEDULED DUE TO ILLNESS OF THE TECHNICIAN. RESCHEDULED TO FIRST CALL OF THE DAY. I CALLED THAT MORNING AFTER 8AM AND WAS TOLD I COULD EXPECT THE TECHNICIAN AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30. KEVIN CALLED IN ROUTE AFTER 9AM AND ARRIVED ABOUT 9:30AM. THIS WAS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING AND SO, A SLIGHTLY LATER START IS ACCEPTABLE. HOWEVER, I RANKED PUNCTUALITY A 'B' BECAUSE OF THE DISCONNECT BETWEEN WHAT I WAS TOLD AND ACTUAL ARRIVAL. KEVIN WAS VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME THOROUGHLY GOING OVER THE FURNACE, CHECKING EVERYTHING OUT AND CLEANING IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DROEGKAMP AGAIN BASED ON THE QUALITY OF THE WORK.

THE PERSON WHO GAVE THE ESTIMATE SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE TYPES OF NEW FURNACES, AND GAVE US SOME GOOD IDEAS ABOUT HOW TO PROCEED.

THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK AND OFFERED HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE, ALSO INDICATED THINGS I COULD DO WITH THE FILTER TO MAKE IT LAST LONGER. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND GET RIGHT OUT TO DO THE WORK.

PROMPT RESPONSE AND FIX, BUT THE PROBLEM RECURRED. COMPANY RETURNED WITH AN ENGINEER, WHO PROMPTLY REPLACED THE FAILED PART (UNDER WARRANTY) AT NO CHARGE!
