Droegkamp has been excellent. They have been courteous and clean up after themselves. They were also able to use the filters we purchased instead of making us pay for new ones.

I have used Droegkamp Furnace for service and repair for several years. My initial contact was a few years ago when my furnace went out in the middle of the night during a cold spell. The on-call technician stated that, while he was unable to get to my house, he could walk me through a few troubleshooting steps to restore heat. His advice worked and, while I insisted on paying for their expertise, he graciously declined. That was the start of a great relationship. Recently, my old furnace went out and they were at my house within one hour with all the parts required to repair. The furnace was 25 years old and Jim C., told me my options for repair and replacement. I did ask about replacing some bulky, unsightly, overhead ductwork, and Jim took all the measurements in case I wanted to replace everything. After what I thought was very good advice from Jim, the service manager/sales expert, Joe, visited my house and helped me choose a furnace that would match the size of my house and needs. At that visit, I forgot to ask about cleaning up the ductwork. My furnace room is also my in-home bike shop and I spend a great deal of time in that room and I often hit my head on the low-hanging ductwork. But not being one to pull last-minute fuss, I resigned to the fact that I would have to deal with the duct. But on the day of the install, Joe called and told me that Jim had mentioned my concerns with the duct and they would be able to replace it with a more space-friendly duct. The installers (Randy?) came out and installed the furnace. They were exceptionally clean (wore shoe covers) and curteous to my family. I'm very picky and notice any debris after repairmen visit my home. I found one sheet metal screw on the ground and that was it! For all I know, it was probably mine anyway! No dust, crap, garbage, etc., was to be found. It's wonderful to have a warm, quiet furnace! However, the very best part of their service was the fact that they really did go an extra mile to ensure that I was happy with everything. Cleaning up that ductwork has dramatically improved the feel of the room up and I can now get to my bikes more easily. They truly listened to me and took the time to address all of my concerns. I am very impressed with Droegkamp and hats off to Joe, Jim and their installation team for an outstanding experience!

Ryan, the service provider, called within the window of time of the original schedule and showed up within that same window. He proceeded to explain what he was going to do and then performed all the work as stipulated. He ran the run off hose very neatly. Explained the operation of the unit and how to maintain it. Cleaned up completely. No Surprises.

Greg was awesome! So willing to come out on a cold evening to look at our furnace and made sure it was in working order. I can't say enough good things about him and Droegkamp!

Technician called prior to arriving to advise he was on his way. Arrived on time and completed maintenance check and service on both units. Worked quickly and completed work within one hour. Technician was friendly and informative as to the work he completed.

This project couldn't have gone better. Joe did the estimate, he is very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions for revisions to the system. Installers Randy, Rick and Mike took out the old unit and installed the new equipment. All of these guys were very professional and did a great job of protecting floors nd carpeting while they worked. The system works perfectly. Very honest regarding the extent of cleaning he would do due to the fact parts are no longer available for this model [its approx 18 yrs old--which they put in originally] and did not want to take a chance on causing any damage thus resulting in replacing the furnace. This is the only company I ever used for furnace and air conditioning related repairs/installments.

They sent out Drew to confirm the materials after i accepted the bid. He was very innovative about how to have the smallest footprint, but still allow for proper function. Schedules for a f**** date, then called to reschedule. As I was holding up other trades to get this done first, he offered to bring out a second guy and do the job in a single day instead of two. Arrived as promised the second date, and completed the work as planned. there was a small issue with the location of a dampener for a downstarir supply, but we found a mutually agreeable solution, and the rest were installed as we had discussed. Drew and Greg were professional, very conscientious about carpets and clean up was terrific. I was down frequently to check on progress, and that allowed me to be involved in the decision making process on other small items. Will use them again!

The existing unit was no longer made and any replacement options were of a different size/configuration. Joe Landry did a lot of research to explore our options. As it turned out, we needed to bring in a carpenter to change the shape for the vent out on the deck. Droegkamp adjusted their schedule at no extra cost to come in to remove the unit one day and return at a later date after the carpenter's work was done to install the new unit. Both steps of the process were done in a timely and professional manner. And, they managed to get the unit installed and working before the real heat of the summer hit! Droegkamp also installed a new furnance and airconditioner in our house last fall. Their quote was competitive, their approach was not high pressure in any way and the install was just as they described. We were so happy with that experience that we didn't even call anyone else for the condo unit.

The technician was prompt and efficient and left me a full summary of all the things that he checked as well as notes. He also provided me with a quote for an air conditioning unit which I requested.

It turned out good. The guy did a great job. We would definitely use him again for our other home. He cleaned the furnace and made it look brand new. I definitely think he went above and beyond the basic service. He was also very nice to my pregnant wife.

The experience was very good. They actually went through a secondary company to install the Lennox furnace and there were a couple of small things. The Droegkamp man was very good and very knowledgeable. My wife asked them to park in a different place and they didn't. I didn't know what other companies were charging.
