The serviceman was very professional and efficient. He gave some tips on how to maintain the efficiency of my unit.

Through Angie's List, they emailed me saying I needed to call them to set it up, which seemed odd, since I prepaid for the service. I called after hours on Tuesday 7/22, left a message, and didn't get a response, so again left an email through Angie's List on 7/24, and still haven't received a response. I get the impression they're not interested in offering this promotion.

Units were cleaned, suggestions on maintenance given.

Mike B was the technician. He was prompt and polite and professional. He made appropriate suggestions regarding what we should do as home owners to get more life out of our system. Very pleased.

The technician called before coming and was right on time at the earliest point in the promised service window (a good thing). He stayed for two hours, working diligently. He gave us helpful information about the thermostat he installed at our request (we had very much wanted to replace the old one) and about the operation of the furnace and the air conditioner. He did not try to sell us anything. He was very neat, taking care not to track inside; he was friendly and very professional. The $85.00 we spent beyond the agreed to $59.00 service change was for the new thermostat he installed. As he noted, the installation of a thermostat is basically simple, but, not surprisingly, there were complications. We were pleased, especially since he installed it right away and at no additional charge, to have him install it.

Great!! They called to say they were coming before hand. He was professional, polite and knew what he was doing. I watched as he checked out the furnace. He answered any questions I had. He cleaned up my furnace and the area under the furnace. Great job. He assured me even though my furnace was old it was in good condition for the age it was. It is 29 years old. He also assured me that it is safe. When he went outside to check out my air conditioner (too muggy for me) I stayed in the house. Everything checked out with the unit. That was safe too. This was a great deal. $69 for the furnace. When I asked how much the air conditioner check up was she said I can give it to you for the same deal. I called around and found out some places wanted almost the same price for either the air conditioner or the furnace. I felt with the deal I got two for the price of one. Don't pass this up. It was work every penny for the peace of mind.

Greg, the technician, was prompt, professional and friendly. I recently moved into my home and he answered all of my questions about my heating/air conditioning system as well as showed me step by step how to replace the filter, etc.

Excellent service. I have my AC checked and cleaned every other year. Have always had good service from all my contacts but this one was outstanding. The Droegkamp serviceman, Rick, was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed steps I didn't expect at no extra charge. This was money well spent and would recommend them to anyone.

Greg (Technician) arrived on time, inspected and tuned up my AC, and installed my new Media filter. My unit was low on freon so he charged up the unit and checked for possible leaks in the system. He didn't find any leaks, but we discussed future replacement of a new system when needed. Greg was very professional, knowledgable, and easy to understand. He respected my home and was very clean and neat. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would recommend this company to others.

They have always been professional, thorough, and when applicable have been more than willing to install the furnace and April aire filters WE had purchased. As potential problems occur, we are informed not only as to the problem, but as to the urgency to fix them! This allows us to budget repairs if they will be more costly. Always above our expectations of being the perfect repair professionals!

I had signed up for the $69 end of season furnace tune up special on Angie's List. I promptly received an email asking me to call and make an appointment. I was able to schedule to appointment with no trouble. Mike was the person that came to my house. He was professional. friendly, prompt and polite. My furnace was very dirty from drywall dust. He left things perfectly neat and clean and answered several questions that I had. I would highly recommend this company.

The workmen arrived right on time and they were installed in one day. This company made sure I got every rebate due me. The appliances worked beautifully but I had a problem with the orientation of the air conditioner condenser. Every phone call and email I sent to Droegkamp was answered immediately with a promise of a solution. The orientation of the condenser was changed to my great satisfaction. I truly appreciate the professionalism of this company. I will not hesitate to make them my go to company for tune-up and any repair I may need.

We bought the Angie's List deal back in March. The initial transaction was a little weird because it Angie's List asked me for good times to schedule an appointment, so I assumed that meant Droegkamp would schedule something right then-and-there. But then Droegkamp never replied with an appointment and I got busy, yadda yadda yadda. Next thing I know, they emailed me to schedule an appointment. I know I should've called them so I'm glad they took the initiative. Anyway, they were great about the appointment and we picked a time two weeks later. Greg from Droegkamp called before he came to let me know he was on his way and was almost even earlier than the time window. He really seemed to enjoy his job and explaining to me what he was doing. I learned more about my furnace than I knew I needed to know. He offered me a new filter, but I had just changed mine so I declined. He left him to work in peace and he was done very quickly. He told me all was fine with the furnace - no problems or issues to look out for. And that was that.

They were great and I was very pleased with them. They got the job done in about an hour. The scheduling was just great. The technician was a nice gentleman, personable, and very professional.

It went very well he was a gentleman came in and did his job ,although the blowing out seems like he could had swept the dust but all is well i am happy it was done at a reasonable price.

Technician showed up with in the allocated time window. The inspection lasted about 30-40 minutes. Technician answered all my question and he was polite and professional. Technician provided me with all the information and gave me the status of my furnace.

Everything went great. I was able to ask the technician questions I had about our Heating system. He was quite courteous and nice and was very professional when he came out.

Couldn't be better...service technician was on time, knowledgeable, professional. He inspected and cleaned everything, adjusted whatever needed adjusting, found 2 issues and explained all my options without being pushy, and left everything in great condition when he left.

Greg arrived on time, went straight to work, cleaning and checking several areas of our squeaky 14 year old furnace. When he was done he went through the different points he checked and let us know everything was looking good and should continue for a few more years. It was good to have a specialist come in and do a job and even get rid of our annoying squeak. I would recommend Droegkamp for any furnace repairs.

I first spoke to Joe. Since we have a dual system (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs), I wasn't sure we needed one or two humidifiers. Joe walked me through the pros and cons and helped me decide on a single, larger system. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Rick showed up on-time on the designated day. He set to work quickly, keeping us updated on progress. He hit a few snags but managed to resolve them promptly. 3 hours later we had ourselves a humidifier. He showed me how to manage the system including how to shut it off in the summer and how to replace the filter. We have had Droegkamp service our HVAC systems in the past. This experience was just as good - hassle free, professional and of high quality. We would use them again - no doubt.

We had called several providers to get estimates, but a few of them never called us back. Droegkamp did, and set up an appointment to give us an estimate. When we called them back they gave us a two week timeframe in which they could easily get us in at our convenience. They told us upfront that it would be an all day job, but that we wouldn't be without heat for more than 3 hours.
