Bought AL big deal offer on Oct., but could only make appointment on Dec. 1. On the appointment date, when my husband called to confirm the appointment, was only been told that they could not make the appointment this time due to no heat service calls. We had to reschedule, but thankfully, the company could made the appointment on Dec. 4. The service technician came on time and checked our 22- year old furnace carefully. He also cleaned up some parts and eventually assured me that our furnace works properly. A big relief! We bought this house a few months ago and this is the first winter. We were a little worried about the performance of this old furnace. Now we are confident that we have no problem this winter! Will use this company next year, but will book the service earlier to avoid longer waiting time.

The service man was excellent. I am a first time homeowner and he showed me a lot about the furnace that I otherwise would not have known. He was very pleasant. He didn't try to upsell me on other items, but did make a recommendation for something that needs to be taken care of at some point in the future. I really enjoyed him and would ask for him again next year!

My husband and I have lived in our house for five years. The house came with a working furnace which was estimated to be at least 35 years old. We have never had any problems with it and we have never done anything to it other than change the filters every three months or so. Rick came within the estimated time frame and was very nice. He thought our furnace was at least 50 years old and marveled that it still works. He recommended that we should replace it because it's inefficient. What was unimpressive is that he was supposed to test for monoxide but he'd forgotten the equipment. Overall, Droegkamp was fine. and we would consider them when we decide to replace our furnace.

The service provided by Droegkamp Furnace Co was excellent. Great communication throughout the entire process, from the initial call to the day of install. Joe was great to work with. The technicians (Drew and I can't remember the other's name) did a great job. They were punctual, professional, extremely clean. Everything was left just as it when they started. The furnace looks and is working great. Couldn't be happier with Droegkamp and we'll definitely use them in the future when we need an A/C.

After purchasing the service from Angie's List I was contacted promptly to set a time for the furnace tune-up. The price was very reasonable, compared to other companies I have dealt with. The service technician showed up during the time specified and was very nice, very informative and went right to work. I had many questions that he answered for me and he was very professional. I felt very comfortable with his servicing of the furnace. Would I use them again? Absolutely.

Called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday. The furnace did not work and they determined that it was the circuit board. It works now.

From the start to the finish, everything went good. The salesman, Joe, was very quick and efficient and explained everything and answered all my questions, without being too chatty. Their quote included several different levels so that I could choose what I needed and their prices were $3000 lower than another quote I received. Droegkamp carries Lennox, which is the brand I am familiar with and like. Joe even told me I could save some money if I removed the piping myself and turned it into recycling for cash. They worked with my schedule so that I could remove my dogs from the house when they needed full access during the installation process. Tom, the main installer, was very good about communicating with me as to what he was going to do that day and what he?d need access to the next day so that I could plan accordingly. I really appreciated the open communication from him. He worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up after himself each day. After chatting with him several days, he even offered another option he thought I would need at no additional cost. Tom tested the new furnace and air conditioning to make sure it was running properly and also had me test it before his schedule was completed. He even called a couple weeks later to make sure everything was working OK. I would highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling work needed. I will be calling them for any maintenance I need since I got the feel that I could trust them and communicate openly with them.

They can't perform service on my Type of furnace.

I picked three times I wanted to get the work done, no one contacted me. I had to reach out to the provider and they called me back and let me know the earliest they could schedule is December. The coupon would be useless in December.

They came to service a furnace part, but would cost $400.00 for a 24-year old furnace. I chose to purchase a new system. Install was quick and friendly.

No service performed. Appointment is for October 30, 2014.

The tech, I believe his name was Greg, actually showed up early which really surprised me as most companies are running late. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself. He didn't even seem to mind my barking dogs. I will definitely use this company agaon.

On time and very professional.

Everything went extremely smoothly. My house was left in pristine condition and the air conditioner was tested thoroughly.

Originally signed on for HVAC tune-up deal with Angie's List. When I saw the rusted heat exchange in the existing MagicPak, I knew I had a decision to make: Either a buy a new heat exchange OR replace the complete unit. There was no pressure either way from Droegkamp. I got other bids for a new unit and the bids varied by thousands. I was so impressed with the tech and the sales person that I was glad to find the company was very fair price-wise. Will use them for annual inspections and recommend them to neighbors.

Droegkamp delivered exactly what we needed - a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the furnace in our new home. We now have our go-to heating and cooling service provider.

They were very good. I have no complaints. They came on time, they did their work. Their work was worth for what I paid for. The furnace has been working well.

The technician called before coming and gave estimated time when he would arrive. He arrived in the time frame he stated. He then went ahead and checked out everything on his list. He appeared to be very thorough.

Good estimates, good clarifications, negotiations, etc... Excellent installation. Timely, efficient, polite.

They were very professional. They were punctual. Their price was excellent; nominal. There is nothing bad I can say about them. They were good. There is nothing much they could have done differently. From the sales person to the techs, they were great. We had Sears come in and give us an estimate and the guy was super pushy and really annoying and his price was really out of this world; crappy and when we found Droegkamp, their price was spot on. They were on time, every time.

The service person was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain what he was monitoring on the furnace.

They first came to our home last winter on an emergency repair, which went well. After getting a dozen or more quotes from 6 local HVAC companies, I was glad they came in the cheapest on like equipment. My only complaint about the quote is Joe didn't list specifics/discounts, which is helpful for a numbers person like myself. The install went well, though I heard the installers bickering a little, and one smelled of smoke. I specifically asked for at least one installer to have a specific certification, though it was not communicated to me if that occurred. They also did not seem knowledgable with the advanced wifi thermostat. The only real complaint I have is with communicating with Joe over air balancing. It was said to be included in the estimate but did not happen at the time of install. 2 days later I called/emailed Joe to schedule and it took him 3 weeks to return my call, in which nothing was scheduled. It took at least 6 weeks until that was done, but they did a good job.
