Actually found a "critter" in the unit and replaced a very dirty filter.

Technician was very professional and efficient. I was very pleased with quality of the work.

Service Technician was timely, professional and friendly. He was thorough and really took his time to get my AC running the way it should for many more years to come. With the Angie's List price and the actual service performed I feel it was too costly.

Scheduling was very easy, technician was on time and very courteous. Inspected/cleaned outside unit, tested indoor temperature, and cleaned everything up when he was done.

My wife was actually home when they came to do the install, she really liked them. They were pretty thorough. They ran into a few problems but they got it taken care of. Good experience overall.

It went well the guy that came was awesome you can tell he knew what he was doing and I felt he was very honest. Glad I tried them will again.

Our furnace wouldn't start so we called Droegkamp based on reviews here. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem. The unit was 27 years old, so we were just happy it made it this long. Mike explained that they don't make parts for a unit that old and showed me several options for a new one. Since the air conditioner was also 27 years old I asked about replacing that too, and Mike told me I'd get a discount for doing both at the same time. Joe came out and measured everything up and gave me an extremely reasonable quote, especially with all of the bells and whistles I requested. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. After the install they took extra time walking us through the new iControl thermostat. I love the iControl!! So cool! I now can control every aspect of my furnace and air conditioner from my phone. All in all, we were extremely pleased with Droegkamp and will be using them again in the future. Great company!

it went very well, on time, professional, got right to the job, in and out within 45 minutes, gave complete overview of there work and what they found. advised of impending problems with furnace and quoted a repair and replacement price to consider.

It was competed really quickly but thoroughly, and the tech patiently answered every question and walked me though everything he was doing. I have an old Pulse that they don't even make all the parts for any longer, but he was able to replace a blown filter and get it back and ready for winter. He was great, he even went into the crawl space to look at a couple of duct runs and found two that were not fully open and opened them for me. What a difference that made this winter! When it dies (which will be soon since its 27 years old...). I'll be calling them back to replace it. Great company.

In addition to an adjustment and inspection, the service tech gave advice regarding the air return system.He also contacted a a representative in the company to give an estimate for a new heating unit that I wanted replaced, however that person never responded. That is why the responsiveness category was downgraded,even though the service tech did well on his end.

The inspection and tune-up went well. It was purchased through a Angie's List Deal. Our furnace is now running more efficient. The tech was very nice and answered all of my many questions. He was also supposed to provide a quote for replacing the furnace but he wasn't told that and wasn't prepared to do that at the appointment. The company was supposed to call me back to set up another appointment to discuss replacement options but that hasn't happened. I'm disappointed that I was told the quote could happen at the same time as the furnace tune up and then was never followed up on. I also think that the same service has been offered for less.

Rick & Brian arrived on time & worked for 2 days to complete this project. They were conscientious & very polite. They took extra measures not to make a mess & left my house cleaner than when they started. We have used Droegkamp for many years & have never been disappointed.

Arrived on time and ready to get to work. Kept home clean by placing down runners. Walked me through installation. Showed me how to operate new equipment. Left everything how they found it. Finished when they said they would. Gave me a number to call with any questions.

The first part of it was fine because I haven't had the chance to utilize the air conditioning yet. They came in, they did their job and that was it. They did their job very well. In terms of other services related to their pricing, I wouldn't recommend them or not recommend them. It really would be a matter of getting quotes for other types of service.

They found one of our furnaces of course had a bad heat exchanger and had to shut one down. I had them give me a quote for a new furnace/air unit and it was the same price that I got through a warehouse club provider, the reason I went with the warehouse club provider is that Droegkamp said they would just flush the copper condenser line out to the new air unit. The provider I used from the warehouse club said the line comes with the unit, why wouldn't you replace it while you are putting the new unit in?

It was good as far as the service provider. It was prompt and professional. There was something wrong with the furnace, and because of the circumstances, we had it fixed right away. So, I can’t really say comparison-wise. I wasn’t there when they did it. Everything was as they said and there haven’t been any issues.

Had to spend another $20 on top of the deal to have a furnace tune-up, as it turns out the deal was for a general service call... Technician showed up on time and was very professional. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and reviewed our setup with advice on expectations for future repairs and possible upgrades, without up-selling but being very pragmatic about what our house really needed. Also spent extra time giving me advice on thermostats and the setup that would likely work in our house without pushing expensive products. All in all, a very good experience. Will call on Droegkamp again for service in the future.

my technician Mike from Droegkamp ion Capitol Drive in Pewaukee was friendly, easy to talk with, answered all my questions. He explained what he inspected and cleaned. provided me with copy of check list so I knew what was checked. I knew my filter (which is a longer term filter) needed replaced. Made proper recommendation and cost was reasonable. Was pleased with choosing Droegkamp and will continue to use them for any furnace issues. Joan

Excellent! Rick and Brian were on time. they laid down carpet plastic to protect the flooring and carpeting. Explained the new system thoroughly and helped with the WE Energies rebate form - very impressed!

They went downstairs and did their thing and everything was fine. They said we should replace the filter again and that would be pretty expensive to replace the blower if we need to because of the type it is. They came within 2 weeks.

I have two Lennox furnaces and price of both was about the cost for 1 unit from normal company so I thought I would try the deal. Technician was right on time however did not bring in shop vac as other normally does. One of the first things said was they don't make these units any more and parts may not be available. Came upstairs and said the air diaphragms needed replacement and housing was cracked. Repaired as best he could and would have company check for availability of replacement. While I waited I looked for the part myself online and found it anywhere from $33.00 plus shipping to $60 plus shipping. He called back later and quoted $234 installed. Found out where part was located on UTube and how to remove. Since it was not an internal part and easily changed, I ended up buying the part and replacing myself. In the future will go back to the company I normally use.

Joe Landry came out for the quote. Joe took measurements, answered "all" my questions and provided a quote with options. After reviewing quotes from three other vendors I called Joe and we arrived at a good price. I was schedule two weeks out. (they indicated that should my furnace fail in the meantime - they would fit me in). Randy did the installation (20 year veteran of the company) and it was amazing to watch him work. Not a wasted movement. He'd turn around for a part and it would be there ! No old junk on the floor. Neat job - looks like the furnace has always been there. Left the place cleaner than he found it! He had to do some sheet metal work to allow for a 5" air filter - which looks great. Randy answered all my questions as he worked (and there were many). Very pleased with the furnace, thermostat and Joe and Randy. I was able to defer some of the cost by allowing them to install the air conditioner when the weather gets warmer. They have a 5 year labor warranty as opposed to the standard one year . Would use them again. Will update after the air conditioner is installed in the spring.
