Tech was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The service tech called ahead of time to provide an estimated arrival time; and he was very punctual. In additional to checking and tuning up the furnace, he checked the All-house humidifier filter and furnace filter. He explained what he did and set expectations. Very polite and professional.

Rick was professional and polite. He happily wore boot covers to protect our carpeting. He was thorough, efficient and addressed all my questions. (He also inspected our furnace. That was a separate charge.) Our A/C model is old and its less common refrigerant is more expensive (that's what drove up cost). He made appropriate recommendations for eventual upgrades as we have 19 year old equipment, but they are still working fine. I was very pleased with the service.

My air conditioner had frozen up so I called Droegkamp to send a tech to see if it could be fixed. The system was old and I had already planned on replacing it next year. Mike Bathazor, Service Tech, came to assess the condition of my air conditioner, but it was too far gone, so we discussed new equipment. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I decided to install a new Lennox furnace, air conditioner and air cleaner. Joe Landry came to measure and make sure I understood what they were going to do. The company was able to install within a few days. Brian and Mike came to do the installation. They laid carpet runners to protect my home and cleaned up completely at the end. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowlegable. They did not rush me into making a decision. I have used this company for years for maintenance of my old system, so I felt confident they would do a great job on the install and they did. I recommend this company if you need this type of service.

There was a delay there and it was basically because they had to get the outside temperature up, to be able to service the air conditioner. They needed an ambient temperature outside of 60 degrees. That's why they delayed it. I understood. She explained it very carefully to me that it would be no good if they came out and tried to service it with it being as cold as it was. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. He was here for about an hour. I've used them before They're pretty good. They're reasonably close. It was the same guy who was here the last time. So, I have no problem with him. He did an excellent job again.

They were my 2nd opinion - my 1st search for anything on Angies list after I was unhappy with service of company used by my home's previous owner. Tech Assessed old equipment and recommended replace in entirety - I had really wanted to fix vs whole replaced. I felt he was very honest with me about options I had and estimated cost of each. Sale man assessed house and recommended system size but not bells and whistles or brand vs brand. Gave quote - 1 day after Angie list special ended. So while timing was prompt, the fact I went to them 2nd caused me to miss a better deal via Angies list. 2nd tech was very kind and professional installing new. Worked faster than I anticipated. I will definitely use Angies list as resource in future.

Droegkamp was proactive and accommodating in getting the appointment scheduled. The tech arrived a few minutes early and called when on his way, so I had a heads-up. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He noticed a couple of things that weren't urgent but could pose a problem, so he brought them to my attention. He was also very efficient. I would definitely do business with Droegkamp in the future and recommend them.

The estimate was provided at a previous meeting with a representative of the Company. He answered all my questions, including follow up questions in a phone call. He was prompt in arrival at my home and prompt in answering my phone messages. The installation went smoothly with little/no disruption to my home and schedule. The installers arrived on time and were careful to leave the area outside, as well as downstairs, in neat condition.

He took his time with me as I had no idea what all was involved and I asked a lot of questions. My husband had taken care of all this before, but he passed away a few months ago and I've been feeling overwhelmed. Rick put me at ease right away and offered me info on replacing the Aprilaire humidifier water filter and the furnace filter, too; And not to bother with an air duct cleaning for my situation. It would be a waste of money. That was a great piece of advice and made me feel more confident with some of the decisions I need to make. They're first on my list for a/c and furnaces from now on.
