Brian & Rick worked continuously arrived on time, first day major job 2nd day- venting of kitchen fan to roof & cold air exchange.

They were on time and did a fantastic job. They finished in 2 hours. Everything was kept clean. I was very impressed. They explained everything as they went along until the end.

They got there on time (before stated time). Completed install in timely manner. Cleaned everything up. The workers were very polite and went right at it. Excellent job!

When I installed the new furnace, they included in their pricing the one year annual check up for free. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They reviewed everything with me and they told me everything looked good. Because it was in such good condition they advised me to do another annual one year check up. They were very clean. They are so good, I would highly recommend them to anybody. When we were shopping around for furnace people, we must have talked to like 5 different companies and one of them was a total rip off. They were telling me I needed a chimney liner and I knew I didn't. We interviewed five people and this was the one we went with and we were so happy with them. Because they installed everything, they offered to me and they included in the contract that the first one year annual check up was free. They knew all about it and nobody asked me for any money. Everything was good. They did what you typically pay for when you have a unit checked once a year. They didn't try to sell me anything. They were like your filters are very clean. You don't need any filters. It looks like the units haven't even been used. They were very professional,very open up and they did their job really well.

About 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday it was very chilly in our home, and we realized our furnace wasn't working. We called Droegkamp right away, and within an hour, one of their service techs (Mike) came out. He checked the furnace, and after determining the problem, we decided it wasn't worth the cost to repair it, and decided to replace it instead. Mike arranged to have space heaters delivered to us to get us through the night, and by 8:30 the following morning Droegkamp was here to replace our furnace. We were relieved that Droegkamp could provide such quick service, as we were scheduled to leave for vacation on Saturday. They enabled us to get out of town as scheduled, knowing that our home was safe from the cold. Thank you, Droegkamp!!!! We first became acquainted with Droegkamp last summer when we purchased our home. We found them on Angies List, and hired them to check our furnace. Great company!

The initial visit was pleasant. The Representative was punctual, well mannered and walked me through all that he was doing. The Rep went through the inspection and testing of my furnace. He found 2 sensors that needed servicing. One sensor replaced easily. The other sensor required him to pull the motor out and reach into a small space to extract the sensor and replace it. He replaced the sensor that subsequently started clicking loudly, when he turned the motor on. The Rep was befuddled and tried numerous things to get the clicking to stop. It took him quite a while to try and figure out why it was making the loud noise. He finally got it quieted, but it was still louder than it was when he began. He really never figured out what happened but summarized it to say, my furnace may need to be replaced or overhauled. He couldn't say how long, but it looked like it would need work done further down the road. I was confused because he only said that after he couldn't get the sensor in properly. Prior to that, my motor was running quietly and all seemed well. I questioned his analysis since my house was built in November, 2008. The furnace was only 7 yrs. old. He went on to say the type of furnace I had was not a long lasting one. This left me feeling like he damaged my furnace but wouldn't admit it. My furnace seems to run rougher and louder after he left. Subsequently, we didn't have cold weather until late October. When I turned on my furnace I heard a rattling coming from the furnace and I could feel the floor above it, vibrating. It was more loud than it should have been, so I called back and the same Representative returned on 11/02/15. The loud vibration was from a pipe coming out of the furnace. The Rep. moved the pipe around and got it to stop vibrating. He didn't seem to remember servicing my furnace, so I let it be. In Conclusion, my furnace works fine, even though it sounds a bit louder than before. I am mindful of the warning about it possibly going out soon and after chatting with another furnace repair person, he was surprised that the Rep said it would go out soon. He said that should not be the case. I should get far more than 7 years out of a new furnace.

Service team arrived on time & stayed on task. Answered all my questions & explained the unit & what they did to install it. Best price out of 3 HVAC contractors.

Furnace inspection detected carbon monoxide leak, the tech told me parts were no longer ? for my old furnace. He quoted on a new one; I sighed the ? and scheduled the install. Great job by all. Nice work!

The service provider was very prompt, friendly and professional. He reviewed the results of his inspection and assured me that the noise I was hearing was normal aging of the furnace. He did not try to sell me a replacement part. He answered my questions about furnace filters. I was very satisfied with the service.

It went very well. It was a routine maintenance that had to be done so they did their job as expected.

I got on the schedule very quickly, however, I had to wait about a month for the appointment. Since the month time frame wasn't an issue we had no problem waiting. It was not an emergency appointment. When we told him we wanted a container for the filter he came back the very next day and put one in. We would definitely use their services again.

He did a furnace tune-up for us because our furnace did not turn on a couple times the previous winter. He was very thorough and informative as he gave us some tips on maintenance. He also went ahead and installed a new thermostat for us at no extra charge, which we had already purchased but hadn't gotten around to installing yet.

The two installers arrived at the set time; were professional and efficient, as well as pleasant. The job took almost 8 hours but they check everything before they left and cleaned up nicely.

I called for service to find out why our furnace would not start. A major component of our 21 year old unit needed replacing. We chose to replace the whole unit instead. It was done promptly. We have used this company for years for heating and air conditioning and are satisfied with their work.

From the beginning, we were very pleased with Droegkamp. Because of owning a duplex where both units needed new furnaces and AC, we wanted quotes broken down per unit along with a discount if all were replaced at the same time. Joe was very patient in explaining all the options and preparing the quotes in a way that we could easily understand everything. When the upstairs furnace stopped working two weeks before the installation was scheduled, they installed just the furnace for the upstairs unit in two days without charging us anything extra. Their workers were very friendly and professional and completed their work in the timeframe they promised. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. They showed us where controls were and anything else we might need to know. A few days after the installation, they called to see how everything was working and if we had any questions. We have been very pleased with all the work Droegkamp did for us.

Serviceman, Rick called before coming and arrived when he said he would. He checked it over carefully, even making sure the carbon monoxide levels the furnace was emitting were at a safe level. Cleaned the furnace and checked all components.

Went as explained, contractor showed up on time, took about six hours, cleaned up and departed. They are really great, they did the work on my first house and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC jobs.
