When the previous owner had a lower level fireplace installed the company that did the work did not patch around the hole they had to cut in the exterior wall. Scott came out to patch the rather large hole that was around the fireplace exhaust pipe. They showed up on time and preformed all of the work they said they would do. I would use them in the future for any other masonry work.

We were very pleased with their workmanship.

I was very dissatisfied with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone even though their work was good. You had to be constantly behind them all the time and there were some workers who didn’t know their job well. I didn’t like the way they negotiated. They go half way through and then they tell you that they need more. The stuff that we had originally agreed on didn’t get done and it was a mess too. Their way of doing business was really bad and my overall experience with them was bad. I would never use their services again and I would go with someone else.

It went very well. There was a time problem as we had just sold the home, so they had to expedite the repair.

Top step is no longer a trip hazard but now the other steps are crooked/uneven as a result of simply building up the top step. Step is bright white and sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the other steps. Caulked all of the cracks/corners which now leaves a pool of water on the bottom landing...unable to drain. Did not caulk the large opening between the brick wall and home and left a large chunk of concrete lying next to where it had fallen off....did not attempt to repair.

They were very good. They cleaned up beautifully. They stuck to the job. Overall, they were very good and courteous.

I cannot say enough about the job Scott and his crew did on my home. If you are looking for someone you can trust, someone who follows through and someone who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right, he is your guy. Scott went above and beyond my initial job request to solve some venting problems that have plagued my home for years. He is top notch and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I DIDN'T HEAR FROM SCOTT FOR 10 DAYS AND CALLED HIM REGARDING MY ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE MAILED IT AND WAS SURPRISED I DIDN'T GET IT. HE SAID HE MAILED IT TUESDAY (IT WAS NOW THURSDAY). HE SAID IT SHOULD GET TO ME SOON. ANOTHER 10 DAYS PAST, I CALLED HIM AGAIN. HE WAS SURPRISED I DIDN'T GET IT. HE TOLD ME HE WAS STILL INTERESTED IN THE JOB. HE SAID HE'D CHECK THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK, AND I'VE HEARD NOTHING. THIS IS DEFINITELY A RUN-AROUND.

SCOTT, THE OWNER, WAS THE ONLY ONE WILLING TO GO ALL OUT TO FIGURE OUT WHY WE HAD WATER COMING IN OUR BASEMENT. FOR HIS EFFORT ALONE HE GETS AN A+. BUT HE ALSO DOES GREAT WORK, ALWAYS RETURNED PHONE CALLS, CLEANED UP AND WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND COURTEOUSLY. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH THE OWNER AND THE WORKER WHO DID THE JOB. TOTAL DURATION OF THE TIME SPENT, 4 DAYS. RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM TWO OTHER COMPANIES. THIS COMPANIES ESTIMATE WAS THE MOST REASONABLE. THE COMPANY HAS GROWN FROM 3 TO 11 EMPLOYEES WITHIN LAST 3-4 YEARS. IT APPEARS THAT THE OWNER TAKES GOOD CARE OF HIS EMPLOYEES.
