ASPEN HOMES INC

Aspen recently finished our basement and was great to work with. We shopped around, Aspen was 1 of 4 estimates we received. They were competitive in their pricing and didn't leave anything out of the initial estimate. A few of the estimates were lower than Aspen but under closer examination didn't include all of the upgrades and add-ons we had asked for, Aspens estimate took everything into account initially so we didn't have any surprises along the way. The work done was fast and very good quality. They worked with us on exactly what we wanted and their online project management tool always kept us informed. We liked them so much we are using them to build our new house.

It has been good so far. We are still deciding whether we are going to go with them or not. They have been extremely helpful. I have enjoyed working with them. We are looking at a couple of different builders. The quote is dependent on what we are trying to build and what we are trying to do. With regard to price, I think that they are probably on the higher side. I think the design, quality and sales personnel that we are working with stand out for us. We still haven't decided who we are going with.

We began working with Aspen when we met Bill at one of their Model homes. During the visit to the Aspen model, we spent almost an hour talking with Bill and learning a great deal about the building process as neither of us have ever built a home. He did a great job asking and answering questions, explaining in detail and helping guide us in the right direction. Of all the models we visited that day, he was the most patient, most helpful and most attentive. Later that same night, he followed up wth an email sending some vacant lots that were available in the suburbs we were interested in to help us get started. Throughout the process, he had great follow up and was easy and flexible to meet with during our learning/research process. If you are thinking of building a home, definitely take the time to meet with Bill at Aspen!

We decided not to do it. He did a great job and it was a great experience.

Our home is on schedule to be completed on time. We have been very impressed with how responsive Aspen has been to our questions and concerns. They really work with us to build a home that is perfect for our family. And they take pride in the quality of work they do, unlike some of the larger builders who seem to mass produce houses without any quality checks and balances.
