Everything went fine. House is clean, no mess left behind. Service was prompt and punctual. Not an easy job, since most of the work was done on upper floor. Price beat local competition. I would definitely use this service again.

Jamie is awesome. Very responsive and accommodating to all the areas I wanted him to pay particular attention - the north side of my house and garage as well as my walkways had quite a bit of algae. The service turned out fantastic. It was originally scheduled in November and then, it froze. He came out there and tried to do it, but the gutters were just completely frozen. Then, it thawed out sometime in December. He scheduled it and everything turned out great. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal cost. Everything was perfect.

They were fine. It was a week after we purchased that they came out because I didn't want them to come out while it was raining. He did them inside and out. He cleaned approximately 21 windows. I liked that the job got done. I had too much going on to think about it and it got done. I thought the price was fair. It's not cheap to have anything done anymore. If you need the work done you need it done. You look for the quality that you get and I don't mind paying if I get what I'm paying for.

He was very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job.

The work was very satisfactory. They were very friendly and very timely. I had gutter guards at my home and he stacked them neatly.

The service went okay. I did find out that the neighbors were getting their gutters cleaned for less, however. I did not think the deal was a good one in this case. One technician came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. They did a nice job cleaning up after the service and scheduling the deal was easy.

I wanted to get my gutter cleaned before the weather got too cold, but the leaves on my trees drop so late, I had to schedule it later than I wanted. Nevertheless, Lake Shore Services kept an eye n the weather forecast, found a day above freezing in December, and I was able to get the project completed before the snow flew. I was very happy with the service, care and professionalism of Lake Shore Services. I would definitely use their services again, and I would definitely recommend them!

They sent me two emails and I haven’t heard back since November 18. There’s been no scheduling.

He cleaned out the gutters for my house. He was hard working. I would recommend him. He was a little last but he made up for it.

Service occurred as scheduled, followed through on my request to leave roofing materials by door that I wanted to make sure were removed from gutter

Purchased service on 11-3-14 at which time I provided three dates for contact. Heard back from Lake Shore 3 days later (Nov. 6th) indicating that they had huge response and that someone would contact me on the weekend (Nov. 8th or 9th). Did not receive a response. I reached out via e-mail on 11-12 requesting contact. Did not receive contact. I have lost confidence with this transaction and am requesting a cancellation and refund. Thank you.

He called to make appointment and was very flexible and was on time. Did awesome job and was honest about some concerns I had. Will use again next year and every year after.

All good. Showed up on time and was done timely-even though he had to replace a hose that broke while he was working. House needed a good cleaning and that's what it got.

Jamie was charging per pane not window. He also said cleaning only included interior OR exterior. I had to show him the ad for interior AND/OR exterior. We agreed to clean downstairs windows in and out and the upstairs interior. The work was just OK.

It was the first time I was using them. It was easy to schedule with them and they got in quickly. They are very inexpensive and they seem to do a good job. The workers are really polite. I got them through my sister who had used them. They do not even come from this area.
