He was very punctual. He finished the work when he said he would. He turned the unfinished portion of my basement from a scary dark dirty place to a clean storage area. I got 3 estimates and he was the best price.

While washing the windows Jamie fixed a window that we thought the track was broken... This window had not been used to the difficult time we have getting it closed.. Jamie did an Outstanding job! He also ended up taking a out a torn screen and broken storm window so that we could take it to get fixed. I would recommend Jamie for is passion to do a great job!

We purchased our house two months ago, and I don't think the gutters had been properly cleaned or inspected in 35 years or more. Lake Shore Services was prompt, totally thorough - excellent attention to detail. When he was finished, he walked me through everything he did and made recommendations for areas of improvement and upgrades. Very nice, professional experience - I would definitely recommend them.

It went well. We needed to initially reschedule due to inclement weather, but were able to find a time that worked for both of our schedules. No complaints.

Our gutters were completely full of leaves. It was forecasted to rain in two days. I called Jamie in a panic and he responded immediately and had our gutters cleaned that morning. He even scooped out an armful of leaves to unclog a drain. I would use him again.

Jamie always does an excellent job on our storm windows and screens. He comes to the house on time and finishes the job promptly and efficiently. He has also done interior painting in our home, with quality results. He is a pleasure to work with -- an honest guy that you can rely on to get the job done right.

Jamie was very prompt in returning my first call for an estimate. He came to the house the next day to take a look at the house and garage, and gave me an estimate on the spot. We agreed that I would call him when the trees were near finished dropping their leaves. He was able to return to clean everything out within a week of me calling to set up the appointment. Jamie was very prompt with texting his status because he was working around varying weather conditions. He brought all of his own equipment, including hoses. He cleaned up all of the leaves, and barely left a trace of having been at the house. He was able to clear out a very stubborn downspout, and was able to explain why another was not able to be cleared and that I will likely have to follow up with a gutter installer about the issue. Looking forward to working with him again.

Went VERY well!! After job was completed he took me on a walk-around the house to describe what he did in each area. There were no problems. cleaned up debris from the flushing of gutters. Will definitely have him back for same job next fall

Excellent work. Flushed all downspouts, cleaned all the gutters and cleaned up after himself. Showed up even though it rained. Best service we've had for gutter cleaning.

Jamie did a great job. He showed up on time, cleaned the gutters, cleared out the downspout clogs, and clean up after the clogs were removed. A fair price for the service performed.

Jamie showed up on time, and was very professional. He took his time and did an excellent Job, by the time he was finished the wood siding looked fantastic. I have never seen the house look this good. I was very happy with the deal, and felt that i got more than my money's worth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services in the future.

Called Jamie 9/30/15 and told him to call me regarding pressure washing my house. He responded and discussed price. (He had quoted previous year). He said his schedule was busy and could come October 27th and 9:30 am. We agreed and just like he said he showed up and even called that he would be 15 minutes late. It took around 6 hours and the siding looks like new since it never had been cleaned. He cleaned my front sidewalk at my request and didn't charge for the extra service. He then cleaned the outside of our windows.

Great! Used my hose to clean all the gutters completely clean at the end of the season. I did not have any ice dams this last winter! I would use this company again! Thank you for a great job!

Jamie arrived right on time, reviewed the work to be done and got right down to it. Some gutters had little maple trees growing in them, one had moss and another had standing water, all had roof debris (that grit that comes loose from the shingles). Jamie was able to clean out all the gutters and made sure that water ran freely down all downspouts and the job was done in less than 2 hours. Great Job!

Great job! Our gutters were stuffed due to my recent negligence and he worked very hard. He cleaned them out, made sure of the flow angles, and made minor adjustments to the gutters. I highly recommend. Jay
