Transaction went smooth. Deal was bought on Angies List. Service was prompt and communication was excellent.

Jamie was great. He cleaned what he could but wasn't about to take on a momma squirrel protecting her home. As so as I have the squirrel removed, he'll come back and finish the job. Would definitely use him again.

Jamie was great until he tried to do one of my highest gutters. After he put up his ladder, a momma squirrel poked her head out of a piece of fascia and gave him the "don't even try it come up here look". Jamie said to contact a pest removal service and let him know when the squirrel was gone and he would come and finish the work. I had a problem with this momma squirrel last year on another piece of fascia and had not seen the squirrel this year. I had asked Jamie if he would tack some wire mesh I had over the openings, and he said he would be happy to do it. But, the squirrel was quicker than I was, so he wasn't able to put the mesh up. I had spent an entire summer pulling grape ivy off my house. I asked Jamie if he would pull down any of the pieces he could reach that were too high up for me. He was glad to help with that. I had my house sided by Frontline in 2001, right when the first Gulf War started. I worked as civilian Family Program Director for the Army Reserve and my job required me to be gone assisting families preparing for deployment. Not only did Frontline do a horrible job, the partner in charge of my project apparently skipped town with the money. Pieces of the siding were coming lose, the storm windows were not correct size and I have learned that the fascia was too small and needs to be replaced. Hence, the squirrel problem. When I called Frontine when the siding was coming lose and blowing around, I was told I needed to contact the partner who was unreachable. I should have pursued it, but was too busy helping families prepare to send their soldiers off to war. What's depressing about this is that Frontline did my fiancé's house and his neighbor's house and there was not problem.

Hired through a deal on Angie's List, was late Fall so could not come until Spring. Went well and was very satisfied.

Jamie went what I consider above and beyond on cleaning my gutters. It had snowed already and there was ice in them. He worked to flush everything out to make sure they were ready for the winter that had already arrived.

Jamie was very helpful. The appointment was easily made and he arrived on time. As far as I could tell, he was very conscientious in his work and suggested ways to improve our drainage system.

It went very well. Windows spotless.

We have him come twice a year. He is terrific. The quality of his work is worth the money.

Jaime responded quickly to my inquiry, gave me an estimate and set up an appointment in a matter of a few days of emails. He came at the agreed upon time and did a great job. I will definitely be calling him again.

It was an extremely positive experience. Jamie took a picture for me of why the gutter was leaking in one spot. He talked to me about redoing my drain pipes and even showed me how to do it. I would like him to come back so I can hire him again to continue fixing my drainage system. Jamie was outstanding. Didn't respond to my first call in mid-November. Called back a week later and reached Jamie, made an appointment for December 8th at 1. Took the afternoon off work to be home when he came. Never showed up. I called at 1:15, again at 2, and again later. He finally left a message on Dec 12th saying it was too cold to clean out the gutters that day because it was below freezing. (Never mentioned that as a potential problem when we scheduled, and it's pretty predicable that it would be freezing on Dec 8 in Wisconsin!)

I had called him several times and had gotten no response. I finally messaged the company through Angie's List and was able to get scheduled. They where where supposed to come clean my rain gutters on December 8th at 10 am. He never showed up I have contacted him several times since and he has not responded.

I'm very pleased with the results. The gutters hadn't been cleaned out in a long time and have already noticed an improvement. I've shared Lake Shore Services contact information with other neighbors.

Within a day of purchasing they were in contact with me, I provided times that worked for me and they accommodated. On the day of the service they showed up on time, completed the task quickly and were very thorough. It would have taken me 2 days to do the work, money well spent.
