Really nice guy washed all of our outside windows. Was friendly with our fiesty dog. Good work.

Jamie came and reorganized the garage and I also hired him to blacktop the driveway. He did a good job on both projects.

I had a little difficulty initially in reaching Jamie to schedule the window washing so that I could use a coupon for his services purchased through Angie's List, but once I reached him, he was responsive and scheduled the work within a few days. He was punctual in arriving to do the work (even came a few minutes early). He got right to work and did the job efficiently and thoroughly.

Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We had hired Jamie to wash our windows and he mentioned he also did handyman work. There were a couple of odd jobs around the house we wanted to get done and he let us cross them off our to-do list. He was wonderful to work with, very friendly and personable. Would definitely hire him again.

Jamie was great. Wonderful to work with. The outside of our windows were in desperate need of a washing and Jamie made them sparkle.

Work was done was quick and efficient. Jamie cleaned out, cleaned, organized the garage and hauled refuse. Very pleased with work and result.

The experience was positive from the beginning. Setting up the time and day for the job was done professionally. When I asked if it was possible to have the windows cleaned both on the inside and out, he said he would be willing to do that for an up charge since the promotion was for one or the other. That was fine with me. It was a cool November day but Jaime worked efficiently and without any hesitation. I would hire him again.

He came on a day that threatened to rain. He only completed a few windows when it began raining. He said that he would return and he came back on the first clear day and completed the job.

Called back right away and was on time and completed task to our satisfaction.

Jamie arrived on time, figured out how to work around a glitch or two, and even threw in a couple of extra windows. He also offered to take off an indoor storm on a large 15 year old Pella window which we have a hard time maneuvering, and then wash the inside of the window (which was not part of the deal.) We couldn't get it off (it's like permanently affixed--very poorly designed storm system!) but it was so nice that he offered and tried. The windows look very good. I liked Jamie, he did a good job, and I would hire him again.

We had to reschedule a few times due to a family emergency and then due to the weather. He was very accommodating and great about communicating when he would come out to do my windows. He was prompt, efficient and I was pleased with the end result.

He was professional and fast. No streaks. I would certainly hire him again.

Careful and thorough workmanship We have an older two story home surrounded by bushes and trees, and some power lines. The second story windows were carefully removed and cleaned, then replaced. Everything was done expertly and in good time. We will definitely use Lake Shore Services again next year.,

Lake Shore came at the designated time and inquired what I wanted him to do. We discussed the job. I opened all the casement windows so the vast majority of work could be accomplished from the outside. When finished with the outside, the inside windows were completed. He was friendly and professional.

I got an initial contact with him and he said he was 3 weeks out. I sent him dates that were about 6 weeks out and he has yet to contact me back from any of that time frame.

He did my windows inside and out and did a nice job. He was pleasant, responsive and professional.

It was a satisfying experience. I would use him again.
