Jamie did a great job of both preparation and painting. The woodwork and windows were painted a dark color and required both extra prep time and coats of paint. We could not have asked for more. He is great with colors/suggestions, very thorough,and meticulous. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Good. I assisted so I could make decisions on what to throw out and where to put things when they were returned.

The cleaned both levels, inside and outside with no streaking.

The service man worked independently and swiftly--moving from one window to the next. All of the windows were spotless.

He arrived on time and explained how their service worked. My house was being prepared for sale, so I had a lot of things in the garage that needed to be tossed, organized etc and of course cleaned out. He removed everything that was on the floor and did a power wash. I was able then to sort out items to be tossed and/or saved and he took care of it.

He was excellent. He was very accommodating, very nice and did a very good job. He came when he said he would, he contacted me promptly and was very professional. I was not sure how he counted the windows because some were bigger widows with multiple pieces. Anyway he said that it was not a problem and he was very accommodating. He was very nice to deal with. I was very happy with him.

When I called him the deal had been expired,but he went ahead and honored. He helped me clean out my garage and hauled away. Jamie was absolutely wonderful, I can't say enough great things about him. He went above and beyond what I expected.

We were so pleased with his work that we subsequently hired him to repair/paint windows. He did a great job!

Lake Shore Services came prior to the actual cleaning day to get a feel for the job and do some pre-cleaning/hauling of unwanted items. On the actual cleaning day, the owner, a.k.a., LSS, came and helped me empty out the garage, sort out the junk from the things I wanted to keep. Then he swept and power washed the garage floor. After that he helped me re-organize the remaining items. Overall, it was a positive experience in that hiring LSS forced me to go out there and clean out the garage. I had been under the impression that LSS was more skilled in organization. He looked to me for organizational ideas more that actually offering sound advice. For the most part, LSS helped me discard the junk (hauled the junk) and put back the rest of the stuff in a tidy way. Not so much a organization service. LSS was timely and courteous.

Services haave been postponed until the weather improves.

Jamie was right on time and got right to work. He work quickly and efficiently and got everything stacked neatly in the container. He even helped me clean out a cupboard in the store room. I would definitely use him again.

Did a great job on the windows. Also gave us good tips on the care of our windows and which ones might need some maintenance.

He did an excellent job - no streaking, and the whole house seemed brighter (it had been a very long time!). He was professional and speedy. I paid for the deal at $105, and then was charged $100 for the additional work above and beyond what the deal was for. I am very satisfied and will call on him again.

Within a week of my call, Mr. Conklin came and did the work described above. We have 2 futon chairs that I wanted moved to the basement; the basement door was too small (and the chairs too heavy) to be carried down assembled. Mr. Conklin took the chairs apart, moved the pieces downstairs, and reassembled them. Then he mounted a coat rack on the wall behind our back door. I would definitely use Lake Shore Services again. I think his price for the doing the work was reasonable.

Jamie was prompt to respond to e-mails and phone calls and with 1 e-mail exchange we were able to set a late afternoon appointment (4:30) for him to complete this job. We didn't even need to take off work! He arrived promptly at 4:30 and began work outside the home. He then finished up inside. He did good work, and even scraped some glue off of one of our windows. His quotation over the phone and final charges were identical. Nice to work with such a hardworking, nice individual.

They took everything out of the garage, power washed/dried and hauled what needed to be taken to the dump. He was very easy to work with and customer friendly. The quality of his work was very high.

Lakeshore Services arrived at my home as scheduled and cleaned both lower and upper floor windows very rapidly. They brought all their equipment with them including ladders.

He arrived promptly and went right to work. My garage is quite cluttered so he couldn't find a place for everything but it was more organized than before he started. He also hauled a small pile of junk.

Looking for a window washer and saw his goupon and decided to try him. Had someone before and it was a terrible job. He called back back and set up a date. Everything went very well.

From start to finish the owner was completely professional. He came while I was at work and explained everything in detail before starting the job. he completed the work within a few hours and cleaned and removed all materials. The windows were absolutely fantastic when he was through.

Still waiting to have the service.

Do review your stored items so you keep what you can use. Don't keep those things that are duplicates, inefficient, and those somethings that you might use "someday"

He is a good worker, prompt and reliable. He did a nice job.

This was one of the best Angie's List experiences I've had. Prompt, friendly, incredible work ethic. My garage sparkled! I couldn't be happier. I used to be afraid to leave my garage door opened because I was so embarrassed at all the junk I had accumulated (it doesn't help when your college-age kids leave all their stuff at your place!). Now, I kind of like keeping it open so my neighbors think I'm incredibly organized.
