Description of Work: The contractor did a nice job on the windows, which was what I asked. When I brought him back for some follow-up work, however, he was slow to respond and didn't clean up after himself. Not bad, but I have access to other handymen I like better.

Description of Work: Windows washed . I hoped both sides would be done but just did outside. I was working from home but had to stop as he needed my help to open windows. He counted each side of window and storm window as a window. To me a window should include both sides. He also asked what I wanted done and if he should do it right. I asked he do it right of course. He was nice enough guy but wasn't expecting to help and was disappointed he asked for another $50. I had to wash inside of windows on my own and he did just one side of front windows without touching storms. Worked 3 hrs with my help . Clearly needed a partner. Said window washing was not what he usually does and had a huge response to offer. I guess I should have allowed him to respond to my dissatisfaction before writing a C - review. I really don't recall when service was performed. Spring of 2012 sometime. I do wish him well.

Description of Work: Still waiting for thi contractor to call me back for a scheduled appointment. He tells me he is "too" busy. I called for the 2nd time last week and requested December 4th, PM. His response was he is "pretty sure" he is filled up. Perhaps I will hear from him soon and all will be well. When the window cleaner came he did a good job. There were 3 windows he had to do over that had large marks. He did them again and apologized for missing the problem. Large picture window had many streaks. He told me it was because the seal had been broken between the two panes of glass. Called out a window repair man. That was not accurate. Their was a film put on the windows to cut down on sun damage. To remove it and clean the original window would have been more work for him. We certainly would have removed it. Alll he would have had to do was wash the window. I do not know if it had been covered with this film if that would be harder or easier.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the windows,did a great job. We ran out of time to do the inside windows, as I had to leave, so he came back to do the inside. I was VERY happy with the job, & he was a pleasure doing business with!

Description of Work: Jamie did a total cleaning of my garage including moving accumulated stuff out, blowing out the accumulation of dirt, cobwebs, etc from rafters to floor. He also power washed the grime from the garage floor, door, etc. Looks great and well worth the money. He also helped me organize the contents and hauled stuff to the dump for me. Arrived on time, worked hard and was very professional. Would definitely use him again.
